He introduces the film and tells us that this is usually an amateur series but that this volume is “The Porn Star Edition”. He also introduces each scene, but stays completely out of them.

Scene 1: Jassie James (16:10) (3 stars)

Jassie is a slender all natural brunette who is wearing a pink blouse and blue jeans and is sitting on a bed. She introduces herself, telling us that she is a 20 year old college student who was a Penthouse Pet and has been in Hustler and several other magazines as well.

She shows nice energy here and delivers an enjoyable scene. Her responses are not the “over-the-top” sort of dramatics that I am used to seeing in porn, but seem genuine. Unfortunately, the scene is cut short and ends when she appears to be getting ready for the grand finale orgasm that one would expect to end the scene.

The technical aspects (camerawork, picture, sound, and editing) are obviously the work of an amateur studio and not a big budget professional studio (whatever that means by porn standards); however they are decent enough to not detract from this scene. I wish the director had not ended the scene prematurely.

Scene 2: Dee Cee (13:55) (2.5 stars)

Dee Cee is a very skinny blonde 18 year old with whom I am unfamiliar. This is her very first scene and she is now a porn star, according to Ron. (This movie was shot a few years ago, and she is listed as having been active from 2002-2003 according to IAFD).

She does not do any strip teasing while removing her clothes, but fortunately seems to enjoy masturbating a lot more than stripping. Unfortunately, the technical aspects of this scene came pretty close to ruining it and definitely detracted from my enjoyment.

There is a very high pitched sound that blares throughout most of the scene. It does not drown out the noises that Dee Cee makes, but it is still very annoying.

There are several loud “clunky” noises throughout the scene. I don’t know what is causing these noises; maybe these are the sounds of a microphone dropping or bumping into things.

People are audibly talking in the background, although I can’t hear what they are saying.
Police sirens and cars can also be heard.

The picture quality is grainy. I have seen better picture quality on VCR tapes of old porn films that were shot in the 1970s.

The hand held camera is shakier than in a POV film. Also, it sometimes zooms in too close, sometimes zooms out too far, and at other times focuses on the wall or ceiling.

At times, the lighting would switch considerably, as if the people filming this movie were trying to figure out how to get their equipment to work.

Ultimately, the problems described above turned an otherwise excellent scene into a barely enjoyable one.

Scene 3: Harley Raine (12:47) (2.5 stars)

Harley Rains is a brunette with large breast implants. She is wearing a blue bra, jean shorts, red lipstick, and matching nail polish. She removes her jean shorts in the beginning of the scene, leaves her panties pulled to the side but still on for a few minutes, and leaves her bra pulled down but still on for much of the scene.

This is a pleasant enough scene, but lacks the heat that was present in the earlier scenes. She seems to enjoy herself but does not orgasm as strongly as the girls in the earlier scenes, although she does apparently orgasm at the end of the scene.

There is a radio playing in the background through out the scene. It is loud enough that you can hear it playing but not loud enough to hear what song is playing. It did not distract me during the scene. The technical aspects of this scene were much better than in the previous scene.

Scene 4: Sara Jay (16:38) (4 stars)

Sara Jay is a super voluptuous blond. She starts off the scene wearing a leopard print plunge bustier, a jean skirt, and black boots that come up to an inch or two beneath her knee. She removes her bustier and panties, but keeps her boots on and her skirt hiked up over her midsection.

She puts the red double-headed dildo between her very large breasts and sucks on one end while stroking and rubbing the other end. Then she screws herself silly with the
dildo and gets a really good orgasm. When she is finished with the red dildo, she uses her fingers to bring herself to another very strong orgasm.

This was the best scene on the DVD because it was the only scene with strong energy (unlike scenes 3 & 5) that was shown in its’ entirety (unlike scene 1) and did not have major technical flaws holding it back (unlike scene 2).

Scene 5: Sapphire Rae (11:40) (0.5 stars)

Sapphire Rae is a very slender young (18 or 19, according to host Ron Jeremy) woman who starts off this scene very quickly. She has her clothes off and her fingers inside herself within the first 3 seconds! She has a moist pussy that makes some nice squishy sounds as she moves her fingers in and out of it. Unfortunately, this scene heads straight downhill from here.

She takes out a flesh colored vibrator and starts using it on herself for a few minutes but never really seems to get into it. Around half way through this scene, she asks the director something to the effect of, “OK, should I pretend that I’m really into it now?” A voice from behind the camera says something like, “Yeah, pretend that you’re really into it!”
She says, “OK, really into it!” What follows are the worst fake orgasm theatrics I have ever heard. (Of course, I’m talking about fake orgasms in porn. I would never hear a woman fake it in real life! Ha Ha!) She starts moaning “Oh yeah baby yeah baby yeah that’s it deeper baby yeah” etc. . . . This is so bad, its’ comical! I hope she’s not considering a career in drama!

The technical aspects of this scene were not that great, but not as bad as they were in scene 2.

Closing Comments:
Obviously, I wasn’t that impressed with this DVD. I understand that some companies do not have the same resources as other companies, but I still think that better porn than this can be made on a shoestring budget if the pornographers have enough skill. Also, from what I have heard, it is neither difficult nor expensive to include sub-chaptering in your scenes.

I don’t recommend this DVD as a purchase, and only possibly recommend as a rental if you are a huge Jassie or Sara Jay fan.
