The Short Story

Initial Expectations: After How to Enlarge Your Penis & The Art of Anal Intercourse, I can’t have much for expectations.

Initial Reaction: It’s not that impressive as an instructional release, but Karen Summer makes it a lot of fun.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting a few tips on oral sex without getting too clinical

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting a fairly technical and serious guide to oral sex

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects definitely show the age of the movie. The audio has a loud hiss in the background as well as a few background noises. The video is also slightly blurry, grainy, and has an offcolor bar along all four edges. There’s also areas in The Fine Art of Cunnlingus that black out, freeze, and are discolored. This is not an impressive looking or sounding release.

Music: There’s cheesy nineties porno music that starts about halfway through each feature. The only thing it helps is the cheese factor of the release, which is instantly kicked up.

Disc Complaints: The authoring is pretty bad here. There’s time stamp to let you jump to wherever you want to go in the feature.

Menus: The menus are so basic that they’re almost laughable. Instead they come off as sad. The main menu has a still with a couple clips form the movie while the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each movie with a number.

The Feature

This feature collects two pseudo-instructional releases from the mid-nineties.

After introducing herself and her partners, dirty blonde Karen starts sucking Mark’s rather small cock. She gives a few tips on how to respond to the guy’s motion before demonstrating, and lets Mindy help her a little after demonstrating a couple minutes. Karen teaches Mindy how to deep throat on Mark, as well as teaching her a few other techniques. Mark doesn’t pop before Peter shows up, but they wisely push him to the side to get Peter ready. The girls pull down his pants and Karen goes right to work mouthing his manhood and giving his nuts plenty of oral attention. After they all watch a bit, Mark moves behind Mindy and starts fucking her doggie style. He breaks off to do a few dick tricks (no, not the “watch me turn into a black woman for my test results” trick he’s famous for) before coming back to fuck Mindy from behind a little more. She comes back in front, and the girls each take a nice facial to finish things up.

This is a surprisingly nice scene. Karen really makes the scene work, and puts out plenty of wonderful enthusiasm as well as some okay information. Her enthusiasm is the main thing that made the scene work for me, as it made the entire scene a lot of fun. Mindy does a pretty good job as the student, and although she seems a bit shy it works as it gives her more of a student feel. Although the technical aspects are very dated here and there isn’t a lot of instruction, this is a fun scene.

The Fine Art of Cunnilingus - Tiffany Blake, Kari Foxx, Karen Summer, and Mark “Dick O Death” Wallice

After Karen and Mark introduce themselves, they have brunette Tiffany pie back and spread her legs. Karen and Mark tease their way around Tiffany’s twat before giving her a little fingering. Karen also adds a little licking for Tiffany’s clit before moving up to work on her tits while Mark fingers both of Tiffany’s holes. They work Tiffany over until she appears to have an orgasm, and then bring in dark brunette Kari. They have her strip down and Karen quickly works her tongue into Kari’s twat. Mark starts fucking Tiffany as Karen eats Kari, and then moves over to fuck Karen from behind. He lets Kari come up for some doggie action as well before fucking Karen from behind as she eats Kari and as Tiffany watches from below. They go back to having a bit of oral fun, and Karen and Kari take turns fucking Mark in cowgirl and reverse cowgirl. Kari looks to let go with a squirt, and after fucking a little more the girls fall off in a pile without really showing if Mark pops or not.

This is another scene that leaves me with mixed feelings. Once again there isn’t a lot of time devoted to instruction and education, but there is a very good feeling. Karen and the girls look like they’re having a lot of fun, and she carries the scene well past its limitations. There’s a part of me that really dislikes this scene, but at the same time I had enough fun watching Karen that I couldn’t hate it too badly.

How to Perform Fellatio & The Fine Art of Cunnilingus is a poor yet enjoyable release. Its biggest problem is that it masquerades as an instructional or educational release, yet it devotes very little time to anything other than sex. Karen Summers does a good job of throwing in a few tips, but she’s the only one to add anything to the movie. In fact, Karen is the main thing that makes the movie work. She looks like she’s having fun the entire time and her spirit was very refreshing. I quickly found myself wanting to see more of Karen while also being drawn into the movie and wanting to forgive it a little. Its other problem is the editing, which is a bit rough and seems to get even rougher for The Fine Art of Cunnilingus. How to Perform Fellatio & The Fine Art of Cunnilingushas some decent sex, but don’t go in expecting to learn much.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of LBO’s DVDs can be found between about $10 and $20, with stores normally having them at one end or the other. If you like to watch oral sex and don’t really care about the instructional aspect of the movie, this one might be worth the lower end. Sadly, there are no extras and the technical aspects are extremely poor and dated. This is a fairly fun feature on a poorly done DVD.

Note to LBO: Thanks for at least making this a couple feature, but a foursome would have been much nicer with the quality of the DVD you put out.
