The technical aspects are okay. The audio is clear and decently balanced, but nothing overly special. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks nice. It's decently lit and clear with a good hand on the camera.

Some of their stuff completely blows me away, while others leaves me wondering if they have any clue what the fuck they're doing. Home Made Videos falls much closer to the latter than the former. With a title like this I expected something with the feel of a homemade porn release like Shot at Home used to put out or something along the lines of Manuel Ferrara's Raw or James Deen's James Deen's Sex Tapes series. Instead, Home Made Sex Tapes puts out five scenes that are pretty much the same thing as most everything else I've seen from Spizoo. Yes, there's some decent scenes here with Alexis Adams and Melissa Moore easily taking the prize for me, but it also missed the mark for me as it's another Spizoo release that seems like it's more interested in being a blowjob movie than a full sex movie but doesn't care about the viewer enough to let them in on the plan. Yes, Keli Monroe turns out a solid fuck, but once again the style of the scene seems completely different from the rest of the movie and makes it feel like it should be in a different release rather than this one with Ralph interacting with Kelsi as well as the guy behind the camera. Cristi Ann and Goldie Rush also turn out solid blowjob scenes, but again, one is a POV scene while the other is more of a standard all sex scene. Home Made Videos has some decent sex, but never makes it much past the average mark due to feeling like it doesn't know what it really wants for a style or what it wants to be sexually.
