What Hillary's Sex Tape 2016 really contains is an all-sex segment that was previously released as part of Adam Christopher's 2015 movie Grindhouse XXX 2. As the scene is shown here, it is purported to be a sex tape between Hillary Cliton (Nina Hartley) and one of her secret service agents (Adam Christopher).

The short film is just a sex scene; there isn't any real set-up. The sex scene itself is well-done. The scene features adult industry legend Nina Hartley, and both she and Adam Christopher give excellent sexual performances.
