Initial Expectations: I haven’t heard anything good about LBO’s DVDs, so I’m not expecting much.

Initial Reaction: The feature did have some hope until LBO stomped the quality out of it like an old person stomping on a flaming bad of doggie doo-doo.

Who Should Watch It : Foot freaks and people who don’t like to see their porn too clearly.

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who doesn’t find feet at all sexual.

Audio /Video Quality: The overall technical quality of this DVD seems just a little lower than a fourth generation VHS copy with all copying done on twenty year old equipment.

Music: None.

Disc Problems: I had some trouble getting the DVD to play in my CD-ROM. It works with PowerDVD but the DVD Player program that came with my computer froze every time I tried playing it before I even got to the main menu. Next, and I admit that this might not be an actual problem, but it sure as heck is annoying! There’s two phone sex commercials at the beginning of the DVD followed by screen advertising LBO with a spiral in the back. They’re all mandatory and the LBO spiral I even had trouble scanning past. It gave me a very bad feeling about the upcoming DVD.

Menus: The menus are about as basic as they can be.

The Feature: High Heeled and Horny 4 is a magazine style feature that focuses on feet. Rodney Moore, the self proclaimed “King of Cream” and lately of I Swallow fame, leads the feature and stars in four of the five featurettes. Each story is fun but low budget. It normally feels more like role- playing than an actual porno scene. The cover gives a great description of each scene, so I’ll go with their description and add a little to it.

The first scene, titled The Shoe Doctor , pairs Rodney Moore and Nadia Moore, the king and princess of Cream. According to the cover, Nadia has broken her 5 inch heel, but Rodney has the cure. It just needs a little "glue". He sucks her feet and toes, plays with her nipples, and laps at her pussy. She sucks his cock and fucks him till his balls are ready to explode. He unleashes a huge load of "glue" onto a glass plate. Nadia (The Princess of Cream) only needs a dab to fix her feel, so she laps up and kicks up all the cum off the plate. WOW! The scene starts in a park where Rodney meets Nadia and then they head back to Rodney’s apartment / shoe repair shop. I really enjoyed this scene. It’s nicely paced and Nadia is very good looking and still very realistic looking. It’s obvious that she’s having a lot of fun with the scene and she plays it for all she’s worth. Throughout the scene she has a playful look in her eye that you don’t see that often in adult movies. The scene mixes a decent foot fetish with the normal styled sex scene with hot results.

Next, Laura Palmer comes to Rodney’s Shoe Store on Wolf Savage’s first day in The Shoe Store . According to the cover, Tall sexy blonde Laura needs a pair of heels to match her ultra short mini skirt. Wolf has the perfect shoes for her. When I ordered High Heeled and Horny 4 I got as far as reading about the second scene before I knew I had to order it. I never got as far as reading the description for Groupies , the third scene. Heaven breaks into rock star Rodney's dressing room to get a souvenir for her friend Stacy. She wants his guitar pick, but he gives her his prick instead. Stacy (who's 8 months pregnant) joins in and gets his prick too. After licking Heaven's luscious long legs, Rodney cums a gallon all over Stacy's big stomach, and Heaven rubs her face in it. JEEPER! What’s left out is the really horrible audio in this scene. There are several spots that sound worse than most poorly done outdoor scenes. The idea of watching prego sex doesn’t do anything for me so I was a little nervous from the start. Most of the scene is between Rodney and Heaven which is good and bad. It’s good because that meant I didn’t have to watch as much pregnant sex. It’s bad because Stacy isn’t that good looking, which I guess is also kind of a good thing because it helps her to play a skanky groupie. She strikes me as the kind that’s really easily distracted by shiny objects. Surprisingly, I was a little happier when Stacy joined in for the five minutes or so of the scene. She’s cuter and more fun than Heaven. Rodney does fuck Stacy, but not a lot. She lays alongside Heaven and rubs her pussy for most of the scene when both of them are there. Heaven finally takes her dress off after Stacy arrives and I kind of wish she’d have left it on. It’s obvious that Elton John wasn’t writing about her in Sweet Painted Lady . To close things out Rodney blows his load across Stacy’s stomach as Heaven rubs her foot across it. I didn’t expect much from this scene and didn’t get much either.

In Bunk Bitches (listed on the cover as Bunk Babes , the cover states Sabrina is masturbating on the top bunk, and Winter is getting turned on below. When Sabrina dangles her sexy foot over the side, Winter can't help licking it. Sabrina pulls the dripping wet dildo from her pussy and puts it right into Winter's mouth. Actually both girls do a decent job of masturbating at the start of the scene. Both girls are very realistic looking and obviously haven’t had their breasts enhanced. I didn’t care for the girls’ tattoos, but they had a definite chemistry that made the scene fun. Winter also really played for the camera which also helped in out. As the girls move to the bottom bunk, Winter has Sabrina stop midway in the later so she can suck on her toes and have Sabrina fuck her with her toes. They return to the top bunk a little later where Winter fucks Sabrina with the strap on before sucking her toes for a bit while returning to her own bunk. It’s a pretty good scene thanks to the chemistry between the girls. It isn’t hot, but it is better than the last scene.

Finally, in TV Toes , the cover states Rodney's giving away free TV tickets, so Jasmine comes by for a couple. Of course, first Rodney must suck on her toes, lick her pussy and asshole, and get his cock sucked before handing them over. Jasmine is a little under average looking and doesn’t have the playfulness that made many of the other girls fun. I also expected to see a few woodland creatures peeking out from her bush. She’s natural, but maybe a little too much so. She also doesn’t have much enthusiasm. It really seems like she’s just there for the check. She moans a little, but that’s about it. The scene also feels like it cuts off a little to early. Sadly, I think this was probably the worst scene in the feature.

Perhaps the worst thing about High Heeled & Horny 4 is that it did have some potential. The first couple scenes were a lot of fun, and the fourth wasn’t too bad either. Even the third scene was better than I expected. Yes, it’s low budget, but that isn’t always a bad thing. When the company who puts out the feature decides to cut the budget for transferring it in half because somebody wanted a Snicker’s bar, it is a bad thing. I admit that I gave in here since it was a cheap DVD. I can’t say it’s a total loss, however, because now I really want to watch some of Rodney’s stuff from OGV. If you want to see Rodney in action I suggest you do the same.

Extras: It looks like there’s a trailer and a chapter list. Normally I’d call this nothing worth mentioning. This time it is worth mentioning, however, because if you choose to watch the trailer, you go back to the start of the DVD with the phone sex crap and then you have to watch that freaking spiral again. It was bad enough the first time without feeling like I was tricked into watching it again. If I could give the Extras a negative rating, this would have got it.

Overall: Currently, High Heeled and Horny 4 can be found online for between $10 and $20 with a couple stores offering it on sale for about $10. If you even think of paying more than $10 for this DVD I’ve got some land I’d like to sell you as well as a bridge or two. This is one of the two worst looking DVDs I’ve ever seen which is sad since most of the feature is actually kind of fun. If you absolutely positively have to see it, rent it, but make sure to pick up something else at the same time so you have something decent to watch.

Note to LBO: If you’re DVDs are going to look this bad, please stick to VHS. This could have been a decent feature but it looked so piss poor that I would have been disappointed with it if I payed over three dollars on a VHS tape.
