What’s in my DVD player (mainstream): Dido Live
I’m a sucker for concert DVDs with a DTS audio track. Luckily for me, I like Dido and her music so this DVD and CD set was very enjoyable.

My very short review:
This Sins Pictures release had a different title in Europe and somehow got renamed in the distribution arrangement with Pleasure Productions here in the States. The draw of this flick was pure and simple --- Brigitta Bulgari, a former model turned porn star. Brigitta got some fanfare earlier in the year in the ADT forum and it piqued by interest.

Being that there was no breakdown of cast by scene provided, I will stick to a bare bones progression of sex acts and positions for every scene except the 3rd, which stars the lovely Brigitta. [Note to studios: If you want reviewers to convey excitement about your product, make an extra effort with your production.]

Scene 1 – a man and a woman

Average Euro porn. Good looking girl but no chemistry with guy.

Girl was good looking and this was an okay scene.

Scene 3 – Brigitta and another woman with 4 guys
Brigitta and the woman are dressed in S&M outfits with Brigitta the dom with a very small leather paddle. One of the guys is wearing a hooded leather mask with a dangling chain leash while the other 3 guys are stroking themselves on the couch. Brigitta does partake in anal but it is mostly with a little vibrator on her clit at the same time. She takes the plunge into DP in the RCG position and that is just about the only good thing I can say about this scene. Actually, she does take an internal anal cumshot.

This is the part of the review where I let loose. First and certainly not last, the lighting and the camera work in this scene sucked in the worst way. Second, everyone’s skin color had a bright, yellow-orange tint. Third, Brigitta’s attire and get-up looked really out of her element and was very unflattering for her model looks. Fourth, the camera was held so close to the action and faces that it looked like an amateur home video shot on 8mm film. Firth, after Brigitta’s DP segment, she all but disappears for the rest of the scene while the other woman gets all the action. Brigitta reappears for her ass creampie that a does leak a little.

I couldn’t believe my eyes at how many things went wrong with this scene. Well below average, Brigitta notwithstanding.

Scene 4 – a man and a woman
[She blows him; he licks and fingers her pussy; she gets on and off a few times for RCG vag and PTM; she dismounts and turns sideways for spoon vag; he slips his tool into her ass; ATM; back to spoon anal; ATM; back to spoon anal; they switch to RCG anal; ATM; she turns around for CG anal; ATM; she jerks him onto her mouth and neck area; PHC]

I think the girl was Niky Blond. Whoever she was, she was hot as hell and wearing a see through, strapless and sleeveless “fuck me” white dress that showed off her thong. It took the final scene to deliver a good scene. The action was fast paced and Niky was energetic.

Extras / DVD authoring:
The only extra is a picture gallery. Huh? The authoring was done such that you can jump right to the anal or cumshot within each of the 4 scenes. Wow. But the big problem is that after the last scene is over, the disc ends and it made my player skip to the next disc in my multi-disc player. Strange.

Summary:
You know it’s a bad sign when I use the “who should buy this / who should avoid this” section to lead off my review as I’m trying to warn the reader right from the start. This DVD was well below average --- half-ass DVD production, cold sex action, and the combination of bad lighting and sloppy camera work in Brigitta’s scene. I can’t recommend this as a rental unless you’re dying to see Brigitta.
