The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is pretty clean, but there are a few minor background noises from the camera and a few balance issues. The video is also pretty good. There’s very little grain, but the lighting varies a little from scene to scene. There’s also a bit of camera motion that held the movie back for me at times.

Borderline False Advertising: Holly Goes is listed on the cover and in the opening credits of the movie, but she never appears in the movie. Instead she appears in the bonus scene. This one’s pushing it, but since she does appear in a scene on the DVD I’ll give Lisa the benefit of the doubt here to it being an honest mistake.

Menus: The main menu works together some nice animation and a bit of the movie with the boxcover for a good first impression. The chapter menu is pretty basic, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a scene number.

The Feature

Not surprisingly, Head Clinic works around a blowjob scene. At the Head Clinic they’re trying to find a cure for blueballs. They interview each “applicant” letting them know what they’re trying to do and sometimes give the applicant a chance to let them know what makes their blowjobs special.

The Head Clinic is an okay oral movie with a few things going for it and a few things that just didn’t work for me. The best thing about the movie is that almost all of the girls look like they love to suck cock, with Lisa Sparxxx definitely leading the way. This is a very good thing, and it helps the movie past some of its problems. The main problem I can see some people having is the first and last scenes, where Lisa gets throat fucked until she throws up. This does nothing for me, and definitely held the entire movie back for me just by giving a fairly poor first and last impression for me. The bigger problem I had, however, was the style. I’m not really a fan of POV porn, but The Head Clinic rarely had a POV aspect to it. Instead it had an aspect of only showing the girl’s head and the cock, which gave a feeling of lacking chemistry as well as giving the scenes an awkward feeling of not wanting to show both people involved with it. This really held the movie back for me, and gave many of the scenes a redundant feeling that was reinforced by Lisa Sparxxx being in four of the seven scenes in the movie. Yes, Lisa sucks a mean dick, but putting the same girl in over half the scenes in a movie while keeping the style the same makes the movie fall into a rut. The Head Clinic is an okay oral movie that had a hard time keeping my interest the entire time.

The photo gallery lasts about five and a quarter minutes with roughly five seconds per decent looking screen capture. There’s also a bonus scene.

Bonus Scene - Holly Goes and an uncredited guy

Currently, many of Old Pueblo’s DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $22 with many stores offering them for under the $20 mark. I’d suggest renting this one first. There’s some decent cocksucking, but the throwing up and similar feel to all the scenes made it one that I’m not sure would have much replay value. The technical aspects are pretty average, but there is a bonus scene for an extra.

Note to Old Pueblo: It’s great to see you include a bonus scene, but here it appears that you chopped it out of the middle of the movie. That gives this DVD a bit of a cheap feel rather than making it feel like you’re trying to give the customer something extra.
