The technical aspects are nicely done. The audio is clear and well balanced and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks very nice. It's well lit and clear with very nice care behind the camera.

I'll admit to being a little disappointed from the start as there's a little stretching and yoga with the girls in nicely fitting outfits, but nothing that ever makes it seem like a gym themed movie. With the title of the movie, I expected more than just basic yoga stretching, and the obvious house locations didn't help with the theme either. The action is well captured with solid editing and camera work that worked well for me most of the time, but it also seemed like it was trying to avoid showing some of the girl's faces to instead focus on closeups of their body that didn't do a lot for me. Gym Cuties has its moments, but it's hard to think of this one as much more than a rental for me.

Trailers are included for four other Airerose releases. The photo gallery lasts about three and a half minutes. There's also a behind the scenes featurette and a bonus scene.
The behind the scenes featurette lasts about seven and a quarter minutes. After a quick moment with Danica, things shift over to Rahyndee being a bit of a headcase with Mr. Pete. Layla talks about some wild stuff while she and Bruce start to get in the mood and Sabrina has a little fun starting things out with Mr. Pete. This is a decent little behind the scenes featurette. It's definitely the most real behind the scenes featurette I've seen in a long time, and gives you some nice personality from the performers.
