A lot of magazine layouts were photo-shoots combined with a video shoot. A girl comes in, gets naked, poses (in this case masturbates with toys) for the duration of the shoot. The video goes on DVD, the stills end up in a magazine. That's a way to maximize profits.

Scott St. James introduces seven girls in seven segments that are video centerfold shoots; and he even tells you which magazine issue the still layout appears in. If you're familiar with magazine layouts, this is an animated version of it; the difference being that instead of seeing separate poses, you see the transitions between the poses.

Because of this, it's all extremely stylized and fake, so if you like to watch girls really brining themselves off, you're going to be solely disappointed. If you want to see beautiful girls fingering or dildoing themselves, you'll be pleased. It's a video best suited for a pause button when you see something you like.

Special Features: Just a photo gallery. Everything else is advertising of one sort or another.

Production values: Above average, as these were meant to appear in the glossy, mass-market men's magazines like Club. Amy and Sammy both appear with fine cars; Kelly is outdoors in the woods, Jezebelle in indoors in a very moody atmosphere, Zoe's in a jail cell, Tory is poolside, and Riley is indoors with an ornate armchair. There is no sound, just an annoying music soundtrack.

Final verdict: I find video centerfold shoots to be as erotic as Little Annie Fannie cartoons. The visuals are pretty, the girls are hot, the production values are great; but I may as well be looking at the magazine where I can linger or jump between photos as I please, rather than follow the shoot. If you like video centerfold shoots, however, this is a good one.
