There's a scene in the original The Stepford Wives where Katherine Ross and Paula Printess visit one of the "wives," and they find themselves downstairs eavesdropping on their friend and her husband having sex upstairs. They hear her moaning and saying things like "you're the best, oh, you're the king! You're the king!"

The Stepford Wives are robots, so it's all phony. I know most of us like some positive affirmation, but if it's coming from a robot simply because it was programmed to do that--what fun is that? You can't believe her, because to her it doesn't matter one way or the other.

This is why I like the Abby Winters product: real-world pretty girls masturbating but not putting on "a show" for me. It's not some virtual lap-dance, it's not some lame video where I'm supposed to pretend she's my girlfriend and she's talking directly to me and wishing that was me instead of that salami-sized dildo she's pushed in up to her eosophogus. This is one of the reasons I love AW stuff: it's a nice a mix of things so I don't get bored. The performers include some old friends and new faces. Some are more conventionally attractive than others. Some are more exotic. Most are caucasians but Shee-ra may be Philipino and Fae looks Polynesian to me (I could be wrong about both). There are blondes and brunettes and redheads, little breasts and somewhat larger breasts (nobody here would really rates "busty," and certainly none of them are going to be featured in "Voluptuous"). Becky T. breaks out a toy for her video, and Becky (again) and Emm have a bit more personal contact that the other girl pairs.

Best of all, for me anyway, is that there always seems to be an old favorite (Anneke) and a new girl who makes me heart skip a beat (hint: there's a reason one girl is in both vidcaps here).

Video and audio are clean and crisp. I used to take that for granted until I screened a bunch of DVDs that looked like they were transferred from 8mm film. No annoying music (other than the music bed for the menus, which I actually enjoy). It looks like it was made by people who care about porn.

Special Features: No extras this time, just trailers for other AW titles and a short intro by Marigold (who doesn't otherwise appear in this DVD.

Final verdict: Grade A XXX realistic masturbation by girls you want to see naked and getting off. No-nonsense, no bullshit "fantasy", no platinum-blonde skanks with giant purple dildos who make you think you might get crabs just from handling the disc. This is bright, colorful, fun, and hot.
