The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are nicely done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in the full frame format, and also looks quite nice. There's almost a hint of grain, and although there is a little natural light that pops in occasionally to bleach out colors, it's pretty minor.

Menus: The main menu gives a few clips from the movie and lets you choose between each scene and the extras. If you choose a scene you're allowed to choose from several places in each scene based on a clip and chapter number.

The Feature

Girls Go Hardcore takes Abby Winters to the rougher side of lesbian sex. The girls here have plenty of tattoos and piercings, but the same passion for other women.

Scene 1 – Laurin and Shane

Shane, a brunette with a heavily tattoooed face, several tats, and hair that doesn't look like it's been washed since she was in diapers, trades shades with strawberry blonde Laurin before they decide to head back to Shane's place and share a kiss. They rush up to the bedroom where they continue to kiss with Shane aggressively taking off Laurin's top to suck her tits before Laurin helps her top follow moments later. They keep stripping down with Shane diving right in to eat and finger Laurin's hairy pussy. She quickly works Laurin up to four fingers and gives her plenty of spit. Laurin returns the favor a bit, but Shane gets her on all fours and reaches around to finger her hard from behind while Laurin plays with her pussy a little. Shane lies back to let Lauren give her a little tongue and finger action, and they continue to work back and forth mouthing and fingering each other's pussy and making each other cum as well as sharing plenty of passionate kisses. This is a nicely done scene that just isn't my thing. I love the chemistry and passion between the girls, and they look like they're having a great time. Shane is a bit dominant throughout the scene and really seems to know what she's doing. Laurin also does a very nice job and there's a pretty good balance between them. My problem with the scene is entirely Shane's looks, as she comes in at about the same level of repulsiveness to me as Rosie O'Donnell. I know others will really like her heavily pierced, tattooed, and dirty look, but I wanted to look away whenever her face came on screen. This made the scene very hard for me to enjoy, but there's no denying the passion, chemistry, and realistic feeling that Abby Winters movies capture so well. This is another passionate scene, but I just couldn't get into it.

Scene 2 – Fallon and Shane

Shane, who's in a hooded shirt, a camouflage skirt, and striped socks plays with short dark haired Fallon, who's in a spaghetti strap top, a jean skirt, and striped socks and has a hideous lip piercing, on a bed for the second scene. They start kissing before grinding against each other eagerly as their hands wander around each other. Shane doesn't waste much time making her way down to attack Fallon's pussy orally, and they mix in a bit more grinding before Fallon licks and fingers Shane in return. Shane looks to get Fallon up to four fingers for her next turn, and even holds her down by the neck and roughly grabs her tits as she fingers her. Fallon works Shane over with her fingers in return as Shane rolls around on the bed for her before they finish things with a bit of kissing and cuddling.

This is another nicely done scene that I just couldn't get into. Once again the girls are completely into each other and put out some fantastic energy and vocals. At the same time, I didn't find either of them at all attractive and with lip piercings being one of my biggest turn-offs, this one didn't stand much of a chance. If you can get past the looks of the girls this would be a very hot scene, but I just couldn't do it.

Girls Go Hardcore lets Abby Winters branch out a little. The girls here are the roughest looking I've seen in any of Abby's movies, and unfortunately that held back the entire movie for me. I'll admit that it's too bad because while Abby Winters branched out in the looks department, she knew to not stray from the sex that's earned her so many fans with her movies. The girls are completely into each other, just as one would expect with Abby Winters, and there's no shortage of passion and no denying the fun they're having. There's also some nicely done camera work that mixes up the angles well and captures the passion beautifully. Sadly, that wasn't enough here as Shane's looks made my dick shrink faster than sticking it in a snowbank (at least, I think it's about that fast as I've never actually stuck my dick in a snowbank). Girls Go Hardcore has all the passion one has come to expect from Abby Winters, but the looks of the girls were so far from what I like that I just couldn't get into it.

The Extra Stuff

Behind the Scenes with Shane & Fallon lasts eleven minutes. After a quick shower shot the girls go on a wild search for Fallon's bra. Susie talks with the girls about their highlights of the scene and there's a little interlude trying to figure out some of the scheduling as well as outtakes such as visits from the dog. Finally, there's a few more words with the girls about the scene. This is a very nice behind the scenes featurette. You get just as much chemistry between the girls as well as a bit more personality. While some behind the scenes featurettes take a bit of the magic away from the scenes, I think this one adds a little more to it. If you enjoyed Fallon and Shane in the movie, make sure you watch this featurette.

Bonus Scene – Laurin and Shane

Shane, in a purply sweater, and Laurin, in a pink shirt, lie back on a bed and start out rubbing themselves lightly. They quickly strip down as they talk about piercing and continue to rub and finger themselves. Shane reaches over to play with Laurin's tit a little as they play, but they never interact more than that. Finally they both cum and swap sniffs of each other's fingers.

This is a nice masturbation scene. I was actually able to get into this one more than the other scenes in the movie simply because Shane is in back and often had her leg up to block most of her body and a bit of her face. At about seventeen minutes the scene does get a tad long, but with the natural feeling of the scene it's hard not to like it even when it's a touch long. This is a pretty good masturbation scene.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many Abby Winters DVDs can be found online for between about $10 and $30 with several stores offering them in the $15 range. If you like rougher looking girls and passionate lesbian sex, this one should be well worth your time and money. The girls didn't do much for me here, but there's no denying the chemistry in the scenes. The technical aspects are pretty good and there's some very nice effort put into the extras to round out the DVD. Even not caring for the girls, there's no denying that this is a very nicely done DVD.

Note to Abby Winters: I know the girls here didn't do much for me, but it is nice to see you trying to put a little variety into your movies while still keeping what works.
