Blu-Ray vs. DVD: The Blu-Ray version offers everything that's on the DVD with a few minor changes. There's a different menu style that works very well, fourteen trailers instead of eight, and of course, the upgrade in audio and video offered by the Blu-Ray format.

Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Digital Playground, the technical aspects show no shortage of care. The audio is clear and very well balanced while the video has a great anamorphic widescreen presentation. The picture is clear and well lit with a steady hand on the camera. There's a few places where the editing seems a touch rough, but overall this is a great looking and sounding movie.

The Movie: While originally excited about his family leaving him a huge house all to himself, he quickly grows bored with it. His buddy Erik suggests he gets a roommate, which has the added value of a little extra cash, and Manuel quickly takes his friend's suggestion. He quickly learns that college girls will do most anything for cheap rent, and soon after has his friends all pretending to be him in order to bang college girls.

Yes, the thought of girls fucking to get cheap or no rent is about as original as the pizza delivery guy or pool boy scenario, but here it works largely due to how much fun the cast is having with it. Manuel plays the halfway clueless lead extremely well, and does a great job making the setups more than friendly and fun while also turning out two darn hot sexual performances that should more than please his fans. As for the ladies, there isn't a bad one here. I'll admit to not being taken with Emily's excessive ink, but she has a smoking body and turns out a great scene to start things out with Manuel. Lou Lou left me looking forward to checking out more of her in the future, while Allie played the barely legal cheerleader and college student to perfection and solidly planted her in my head as a possible Cream Dream nomination for this year's award season. That just leaves Riley Steele, who as usual is fantastic and turns out a great scene with Manuel as well as Erik. She plays up her girl next door charm extremely well from start to finish and has plenty of great chemistry with two of today's top male performers. Yes, you've probably seen plenty of porn similar to For Rent in the past, but it still comes out as a solid movie that's well worth checking out due to a cast that milks as much fun out of it as possible both in the setups as well as between the sheets.

The Extras: Trailers are included for eight other Digital Playground releases. The photo gallery lasts about three and a half minutes. There's also a behind the scenes featurette and company information.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts a little under fourteen minutes and starts out with a few fun flashes around the set while identifying the players. Riley chats a bit with Jamall about the home and websites before he chats a little with Lou Lou and Ramon and gets some nice eye candy from Lou Lou. They also chat a bit about drinking and bars with Riley and Manuel joining in on the conversation. There's a little more chatting when Steve arrives as well as a little eye candy and fun with Allie as she talks about her sexual adventures. There's also some nice fun chatting with Emily and Riley to wrap things up. This is a nice little behind the scenes featurette, just as one has come to expect from Digital Playground that helps out the overall release quite well.

Final Thoughts: It's far from original, but hot and fun enough that I can't help but recommend picking it up.

Note to Digital Playground: You're turning out some great movies, but I hope you can figure out a way to start them soon that doesn't involve Manuel in a bed...
