The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is pretty good. It’s nicely balanced and free of background noises, but is then brought down by piping in birds singing in the background. The video is also a bit of a mixed bag. It has an overly soft and sometimes overly lit look to it, but at the same time Nick Orleans appears to want that for his movies. Personally it doesn’t work that well for me, but it’s consistent enough that I can’t call it accidental.

Menus: The main menu nicely works together the cover still with a bit of animation. The chapter menu is pretty good, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a title for the scene.

The Feature

Fit to be Tied is a vignette movie with a common theme, that of corsets. Every girl in the movie wears a corset. Sometimes the small lead-in to the scene involves the corset and sometimes the girls just start out in their corsets.

Scene 1 - Julie Night and Tommy Gunn

The only scene that didn’t work extremely well for me was the lesbian scene, but even that had a nice style to it. Although the entire cast did a great job, Carmen Luvana stood out extremely well. She seemed both classy and dirty, and her vocals took both of her scenes up to another level. Fit to be Tied is an extremely well done porno, and blends intensity, beauty, and passion well enough that the rest of the adult industry should hopefully learn a thing or two from.

There are also quick interviews with Carmen, Tony, and Trinity, but nothing that ever amounts to anything. It instead seems more concerned with showing people fucking with a bit of music going to cover the audio. This is an extremely forgettable behind the scenes featurette.

The movie is extremely hot, and even when it misses it doesn’t miss big. The technical aspects are a bit artistic, but not so much that they interfere with the action. There’s also some decent care given to the extras to help make this a very nicely done DVD.
