First Date 2 (DVSX) Review

Reviewers Note: In the interest of full disclosure it is important to note that I produce a series of amateur titles. My work is completely unrelated to the mainstream adult industry but I still feel it is important to mention.

Quick Hit:
First Date - Episode 2. The second installment of this DVSX series continues in the dating show spoof genre. Taking it's cue from the hit TV show BLIND DATE, this series teams up two singles for a date to see how things progress. Directed by Guy Capo, this spoof does a decent job at not taking itself too seriously, which would be a complaint for some of the others similar series out there.

DVD:
The authoring of this DVD is par for the course for DVSX. A very well thought out and designed package. The menus are easy to navigate, the Special Features has the standard fare. Compression is good and the video quality decent. The lighting leaves a little to be desired but not bad overall.

Scene 1: Charmane Star, Tommy Gun
Charmane and Tommy meet up for the introductions before they are off to their first date. Conversation becomes heated and Charmane mentions taking the party back to her place. Once there Tommy gives her a couch banging that is typical for Tommy's scenes. Would like to have little Asian hottie Chamane spend a little more time drooling on the tool, the performances were good.

Scene 2: Destiny St. Claire, The Drifter
The fake dates can really only be tested so far but it becomes hard to even slightly suspend disbelief when the pairing in question are a real life couple. Hence the case with Destiny and real life beau The Drifter. Now it could just be my yearning to see mega hottie Destiny actually suck another prick than the Drifter's, that makes me think less of this scene, but maybe not. I will say it must have been tough to shoot in the back of a mini-van, but The Drifter had me drifting to the fast forward button. Someone please save Destiny's soon to be short career and get her to dump this guy.

Scene 3: Sunshine, Avy Lee Roth, Trevor Zen
Avy Lee Roth most definitely saves this scene. Not that Sunshine puts in a lame performance but her look just doesn't do it for me. She definitely makes up for it in enthusiasm, and combining her with Avy Lee Roth was a great move. Avy is typically hit or miss for me but this scene was good, she takes on a somewhat sedated Trevor like a champ.

Scene 4: Jenna Brooks, Dwayne Cumminz
I was looking forward to this scene, Jenna looked super cute on the box cover, and she looked good on film until she dropped her skirt. A little too much on the heavy side for me. Meaty ass, and some crazy pubic bone body art. Did not see that coming at all. Dwayne holds his own, but this another scene shot in the back of a van and that really doesn't allow much room for any action other than a few limited positions.

Scene 5: Brian (played by KSEX's own Wankus), Constance Le
This scene is a pretty lame excuse for a comic interlude. This a non-sex scene meant to simulate one of those "bad" hook-ups we so often see on the TV shows.

Scene 6: Porsha Blaze, Ted Hunter
Raven haired hottie is next up and she is looking adorable. Not wasting anytime she takes control of the scene and demonstrates some cock slobbering skills that we can all love. Not sure where Ted was at when this was all going down, he had a perpetual deer in the head lights look during the entire scene. It didn't seem to effect Porsha a bit as she bounced up and down on his prick in a couple positions before taking one on the chin.

Scene 7: Jayna Oso, Cheyne Collins, Jack Spade
With out a doubt the best scene on the tape, mostly due to the absolute 'smokin hot ness' of Jayna Oso. Cheyne meets up with Jayna and soon picks up Jack Spade to round out this threesome. Jayna ends up showing us her xxx skill set by cleaning up with these two studs, complete with some nice DP action and dual pop shots. Jayna Oso is not to be missed in any of her performances.
