The First Word: Another all-sex stroke video featuring some cute, natural girls.   It's like cheap beer--you can drink a lot of it, it does the trick, and it doesn't cost much.   But it's definitely not microbrew fare, and if you're looking for some semblance of a plot or award- winning sex, don't waste your money.

Plot Synopsis:  No plot--all sex with no setup and practically no foreplay.  Here's the scene-by-scene breakdown:

Shay Sweet & Chuck Martino: Tanned (with bikini lines) and pre-implants, Shay takes on Chuck in a pretty standard (though condom free) oral-oral-3 position indoor romp that ends with him cumming on her pussy.

Leanni Lei & Vince Voyeur: Another indoor scene, this one is unique because Vince, who's wearing a condom, cums while inside of Leanni.  In an attempt to "prove" that he came, he pulls the condom off and then squeezes the contents on her butt...unfortunately, it's not much of a load.

Shelbee Myne & Pat Myne: This is the only true anal sex scene on the disc, featuring some doggie anal and piledriver anal.   It's also notable because of the great vaginal doggie-style shot while Pat is fingering Shelbee's ass.  It's outdoors and, as with most of the Mynes' scenes together, it's condom-free.  And, fortunately, it was shot before Shelbee had her great tits enlarged to unnatural proportions.

Vanity, Sydnee Steel & Mark Davis: In one of the better scenes of the disc, Vanity (who has one of the nicest set of jugs in the business) and Sydnee (who is the only enhanced one in this video) take on Mark Davis.   It's a great threesome, and has a variety of action, from a double BJ to girl-girl to toy play.  It's too bad the scene ends with an obviously reluctant facial as Vanity looks none too pleased with taking Mark's load on her face--what a pity...

Lola & Alex Sanders: Featuring one of my favs, Lola, this outdoor scene is pretty standard fuck and suck, but ends in a fantastic, explosive facial that Lola seems to genuinely enjoy.

McKayla & Mark Davis: The video finishes with an average outdoor scene that you'll need a scorecard to keep track of the action.  It's not bad, but really didn't do anything for me (probably because I don't care for either McKayla or Mark), and I wouldn't have missed it if it were gone.

What I liked:  Natural girls:  With the exception of Sydnee Steel, all of the girls are fabulously natural breasted.  Hooray!  Not that's my type of porno!  Like I said earlier, Vanity has great tits--ones that you say "Naw, they can't be real...they're too perfect.  That is, until she shakes them! ;-)  Finally Legal 2 gives you an opportunity to see Shay Sweet and Shelbee Myne before they went under the knife and ruined their cute breasts.  Finally, one of my favorite A-cup girls, Lola doesn't disappoint in her scene.  As a note to anyone who thinks otherwise:  If you want to do a video series with an 18-20 year old theme, you should just say NO to any talent with fake breasts--it's just not realistic.

Performer identification: I like Greg Alves because he introduces each scene with the names of the talent involved.  It makes reviewing a breeze and you're never left wondering "who's that girl?"  It's not really needed in videos that have a "meet & greet" title sequence (where the name of the performer appears over his or her clip) or where there are scene-by-scene credits at the end.  But in this type of all-sex DVD, it's helpful.

What I didn't like: Thin premise:  With all of the other "barely legal" series out there, you'd think that a title like "Finally Legal" would play on that theme.  But no...granted the ladies are young, but there's nothing tying in the youth theme aside from the beginning of the video:  in karaoke style and to the tune of a song that sounds a lot like The Bare Naked Ladies' song "It's All Been Done," some barely legal-themed verses appear on the screen.  But other than that, I guess we're supposed to use our imagination.

Footwear during sex: If you think wearing socks and shoes or platform heels while being otherwise completely naked is arousing, then you'll just love the scene with Pat and Shelbee Myne.  But it's a major pet peeve of mine- -lose the footwear!

DVD Extras: Not much here, except for the small photo gallery and the standard trailer package on side B, which is nice, but once you've seen it, you'll never have reason to watch it again).  Given the fact that it's a budget, low- frills title and also that Metro has never (and probably will never) be known for DVD extras, I'm not that disappointed.  After all, it's a raincoater's title, and they don't usually give a rat's ass about extras.

A/V Quality:  Nothing to complain about...I like Toxxic's A/V quality--they really know how to light and shoot the one-day, all-sex wonders.  

The Last Word: This is one of those videos that you think you're going to love by the photos of the girls on the boxcover, but doesn't live up to your expectations.  It's not a bad video, by any means--the girls are lovely, and the action is creative and well-shot.  But it's not going to win any awards and it doesn't live up to the "barely legal" title.  It reminds me a lot of one of those "blowjob series" videos with BJ after BJ:  it's like that, only with the full range of sex, not just blowjobs.  Grab it when it's on sale, and use it on a rainy day...
