Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects come in at the lower end of average. The audio is decently balanced and clear, but nothing too special. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks decent. From the looks of the cover I was expecting three scenes, as barely anyone seems to do releases with multiple scenes of the same performer unless it's a spotlight release. Needless to say, I was more than surprised when there were four scenes from each of the ladies. Fetish releases are normally a little on the short side, so this pretty much counts as a double release with how much Jersey Black and Women On Top put out here in these twelve scenes. Shay Fox, Luna Star, and Brenna Sparks all look to be enjoying themselves through their scenes, and Jason Katana takes it all very well. There's a great mix of action, although the main focus is on orgasm denial, but the action never gets harder than oral sex with none of the ladies taking Jason down below. For that matter, you barely even get a glimpse of any of the ladies down below unless they give a little flash from the front or back. That said, the release is a little inconsistent with each lady having a bit of a downfall to their scenes. For Shay, it's that almost all of pops are obviously faked, and that ended each of her scenes on a low note. It's done badly enough in the opening scenes that when it finally got to what looked to be a real pop, I looked it over several times to see how they faked it and still had my doubts that it could be real even though I didn't see anything obvious. Luna does a great job through her scenes, but they took a little hit by largely forgetting the super-villainess theme of the movie for a couple scenes. That said, she was easily the most enjoyable to watch in the movie and looked to be having a great time. Finally there's Brenna, who's also cute as can be and looked to be having a great time. At the same time, it looks like this might have been one of her first role play experiences as she seemed to get a little lost with it a few times and others seemed to be just plain out there as well as having a hard time not cracking up. Yes, this can make it fun at times, but at the same time it doesn't exactly do much to help maintain the fantasy. Evil As They Cum has some definite flaws to it, but it also has plenty that's done right and gives you so much here that it's hard for me to not recommend it as a must buy femdom release, warts and all.
The Extras:
Two featurettes are included, one for the Dark Dance Bonus and the other being outtakes. The dark dance featurette lasts about three and a half minutes and is a shadow figure working around the pole (which would probably be Brenna from the tenth scene) as lights flash behind her. This is definitely the first time I've seen something like this, and I have to say, it is kind of cool and might appeal quite well to fans of tease footage. The outtakes last two and a quarter minutes. Luna starts out with a few flubbed lines before a bit of cut footage, a few more outtakes, and a little behind the scenes footage. It's a nice addition to the overall release.

Note to Women on Top:
A little more effort towards your chapter menu would be nice to break things down scene by scene instead of just theme or performer by theme or performer when you have three or four scenes per performer as you do here.
