Manuel Ferrara always asserts directors privileges in his movies, and you can be sure that his choice of porn whores is made with exceptional taste and an educated opinion on their technique, so Tori Black as covergirl makes for an inspired choice.

Manuel is in the Doctor’s orifice, lying on the couch of questions, trying to explain his obsession with ass. Evil Anal is a great series and this edition must be up with the best.
