Blu-Ray vs. DVD:
The Blu-Ray has the same content as the DVD with a few minor changes. The menu is changed slightly and works very well for me, and there's a few more trailers in the extras. The main feature and behind the scenes featurette are identical between the discs, but the Blu-Ray has the higher quality audio and video the format offers.

Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects show some very nice effort, and really help give the movie a solid sense of style. The audio is clear and well balanced, right down to the very sexy music and knowing when to stay as quiet as possible. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. There's a fair amount of filtering to the video, and it gives the movie a nicely artistic presentation without taking away from the visuals. There's a solid hand on the camera, and the lighting also shows some very nice care and adds to the presentation.
False Advertising:
The back cover states that a behind the scenes featurette is included, but I could not find one. I'm deducting a half point from the overall score because of this.
The Movie:
Erotico brings together five slightly artistic and very sexy vignettes. Each has a short lead-in to set things up before getting to the real action.

There's multiple levels of emotion to start Stoya's ballerina scene, and as always when she's paired with James, the chemistry is through the roof. Monique keeps things nicely playful in her scene with Jordan to start things out, and there's plenty of chemistry to the sex as well as no shortage of eye candy overall. I love the artistic style of Bibi's scene keeping the colors very subdued except for the red highlights, and there's a fantastic hint of bondage that never acts as more than a hint through the scene as she and Bill make love around the curtains. I love the artistic style and how the start of Bonnie's boxing scene begins before she hooks up with Jordan, but when the shower sex starts it easily takes over the scene and becomes one of the best shower sex scenes I've seen in a very long time. Dani and Toni wrap things up with one last great scene, and one that works extremely well due to the sexual tension between them through a gym training session. Not surprisingly with performers of Dani and Toni's caliber the sex is top notch as well, and helps the movie to end on a very high note. If there's a complaint about Erotico it's that it doesn't even last ninety minutes, but with how solid all five of the scenes are here I really can't share that complaint as this is a fantastic example of quality over quantity. Erotico is a very solid vignette release that blends art and sex incredibly well and definitely deserves to be checked out because of it.

Please watch your cover claims a little better. With how solid your releases are I always hate to penalize a solid product due to sloppiness on the cover claims, especially when it's something like a behind the scenes featurette claim with credits given for the BTS in the credits of the movie.
