Initial Expectations: Sensational hasn’t been impressing me too much, so I’m not expecting much here.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody who likes slowly drawn out scenes without much DP action

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who gets motion sickness

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects aren’t too bad for the first scene. The audio is fairly clear, but the balance suffers at times and there’s some noticeable background noises. The bigger problem is that much of it has a high pitched squeal which should drive you as well as any nearby dogs crazy. The video, however, is very nice. It’s well lit and shows hardly any grain. It takes a pretty good nosedive for the second scene, as you get to hear plenty of the cameraman as well as getting a bunch of grain and a lot of camera shake.

Music: None

False Advertising: The cover claims a running time of over 80 minutes. This is true if you take the extra scene into consideration, but since it’s listed as extra I never do. Since this is almost a twenty five percent difference, it seems very misleading and I’m deducting a half point from the overall score.

Menus: The menus are pretty simple. The main menu has a little animation and the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene.

The Feature

Double DP collects two DP scenes without anything to break them apart or introduce them. Dirty blonde Lisa Sparxxx leads the first scene while bottle blonde Lady X handles the second.

Scene 1 - Lisa Sparxxx and a couple guys

Lisa leads a black guy and a white guy into the room and quickly gets down on her knees to start warming them up. She sucks them and lets the white guy move around to eat her from behind before he fucks her. After the white guy gives it to her doggie style, the black guy nails Lisa missionary style. They move on to a cowgirl DP before things cut to Lisa getting her big fat titties decorated.

T his is an okay scene. Lisa gets into it pretty well, but the guys seemed a bit lost. The camera work also held it back quite a bit, as you never really got to see both the penetration and Lisa’s reaction. This is bad with regular scenes, but there’s so many times that DPs look to be faked that I doubt them unless I see both the penetration and the girl’s face. I never saw that here.

Scene 2 - Lady X and a couple guys

Lady X starts things out sucking on a black cock. They’re joined by another black guy who eats her bald beaver before he starts to fuck her. They move back and forth to nail her before moving on to fuck her ass and DP her. After a little DPing, Lady X has an accident and shits herself a little, which the camera shows only too well. The guys stay away from that hole for the rest of the scene and fuck her until they each pop on her chest.

I’m not sure whether this scene was more boring or more annoying. Lady X didn’t do anything, and looked like a pretty dead fuck for most of the scene. She moans annoyingly, and the only thing that was more annoying was that the cameraman appeared to have downed an entire bottle of cough syrup before shooting the scene. If all that wasn’t enough, then you add in the shit, which took a scene that wasn’t working for me and completely threw it in the toilet.

Double DP is a lackluster movie that’s easily skipped. Lisa shows some potential in her scene, but it’s dragged out so far that by the time it got to the DP I really didn’t care. It also had some camera problems which became very minor compared to the horrible camera work in the second scene. I could have easily skipped the second scene and not missed a single thing. It was bad enough that I really have no desire to see Lady X again, and it took back any good I saw from Lisa’s scene. Double DP isn’t a double dud, but it is pretty close.

The Extra Stuff

The slideshow lasts about a minute and a half with about five seconds per decent looking full screen photo. There’s also a fifteen minute clip from Lisa Sparxxx 40 Man Gangbang and four trailers.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Sensational Video’s DVDs can be found online for between $10 and $17. Aim low here. The scenes also slow and fairly boring and the technical aspects vary. The bonus footage is nice, however, and makes a thoughtful extra.

Note to Sensational: Please watch your cover claims better! Misleading claims like you have here aren’t easily forgotten by most viewers.
