This is a Reality Junkies release showcasing some of their best scenes from the Big Breast Nurses series. There are 4 scenes on this one celebrating some superstars that we shouldn't forget! Kortney Kane, Charley Chase, Rebecca Linares and Velicity Von are the four lovely ladies in this title!

Kortney Kane

This was a very good compilation disk from Reality Junkies! I'm glad they showed Kortney in this title. She was an outstanding performer and had a great body. Charley is just sensational. Rebecca was in her prime here. And Velicity was a very underrated performer.
