What I Like
All of the girls look hot. All five scenes are anal, and every girl does anal except Lexi Love. The oral sex is good in all five scenes. The first two scenes (Jenna Haze with Michael Stefano, and Lexi Love and Gia Paloma with Mark Wood, respectively) are awesome, with lots of energy and chemistry between the performers, and a real sense of spontaneity despite the frequent position changes. Gia even utilizes a hotel room phone handset as an improvised sex toy when Mark and Lexi go at it without her for a short time. The last two scenes (Angela Stone with Mark Davis and Kat with Mr. Marcus) also have a pretty good energy to them overall. I thought it was kind of humorous when Mark Davis tells Angela she cannot orgasm without permission, and she immediately asks if she can cum. He replies, “No” and then only about 5 seconds later he allows her to. It was the way he said it that was funny. I like when Mr. Marcus picks Kat up while they are in reverse cowgirl anal and they continue fucking with him standing, holding her. What I Am Personally Indifferent To But Will Mention Anyway

There is ass to mouth, but that should surprise no one considering the movie is marketed as an anal movie.

What I Disliked
The third scene, starring Holly Wellin and Mark Ashley, starts out strong but fades to merely average after they leave the bathroom. It is set in some kind of costume party and Holly goes looking for the facilities. She finds a bedroom almost completely empty of furniture, with Mark Ashley in there wearing plain black clothes and a carnival mask. She tells him that she just wants to use the attached bathroom. He follows her in, and presents his cock to her while she is sitting on the toilet, and she gives him a hot blowjob. The opening of the scene was hot because of the anonymity of the participants, but after they go to the bedroom from the bathroom that anonymity that made it hot in the beginning slowly starts to work against the scene, making it just a bit cold and impersonal to me.
Kat and Mr. Marcus seemed to enjoy themselves, but they spent a lot of time in only a few positions. The vaginal portion of the scene was about twelve minutes long and it was all in cowgirl or reverse cowgirl, before finally beginning anal staying in the reverse cowgirl position for a few more minutes before Mr. Marcus picks her up like I mentioned above. The scene has more variety after that.
Jenna Haze and Michael Stefano were great, but the movie cover showed some photos of Jenna and Dana Vespoli together. That actually was in the movie, but only as a flashback or fantasy sequence that took under two minutes of running time. There is some more of that in the DVD extras, but I was still a little disappointed that there wasn't more of it in the main feature.
Angela Stone and Mark Davis's scene has a rape theme. Watching it, I knew all along that when it ended it would be revealed that it was all role playing all along, and that was about what happened as they revealed that he was a gigolo that she had hired, but I'm still not entirely comfortable with that. It didn't ruin the scene for me, but I could have done without that theme. Similarly, the Kat and Mr. Marcus scene has a theme of a rich old white sugardaddy played by Dick Nasty giving his girlfriend some black cock as a present. A lot of times it seems to me that black males are objectified in porn as much as porn opponents say it objectifies women. But I probably take stuff like that too seriously, and it didn't ruin the scene.
Mark Davis does make Angela suck on his toes. Like many other straight guys with a foot fetish, I hate seeing male feet sucked on or rubbing pussies.

DVD Quality
The audio is good, and the video is standard definition 4:3, but is decent enough. My copy played fine on my computer but if I played it on my set top player then the second half of the feature had bad disc skips. On subsequent viewings, even the early scenes had skipping problems on my set top player. I don't know if that is just my copy of the movie and my DVD player, or if that's every copy.
The DVD has two trailers before the menu, but you can skip those. The extras include trailers for Dana Vespoli's Cock Starved 2 and 3, a photo gallery, Behind The Scenes, bonus footage, a cumshot recap, and Pick Your Pleasure, a watch-the-movie-by-positions feature. The bonus scene is the Angela Winter, Steve Holmes, and Davis Perry scene from Cock Starved 3. I tend to agree with dandaman's opinion of that scene. The BTS was pretty fun though. There was some funny and/or interesting conversations, and lots of eye candy as girls pose for stills. The BTS was 34.5 minutes long, with 12 minutes of that devoted to Jenna Haze in her stockings and gloves outfit. Kat talks about what music she likes, and Lexi Love gives a pretty good interview. The bonus footage was also good. It has a minute of Holly Wellin and Mark Ashley, and then about five minutes of Jenna Haze in stockings and gloves being fucked by Dana Vespoli's head-harness mounted dildo. That's the scene briefly shown in flashback or fantasy sequence form in the beginning of the main movie, and it is well worth watching.

Overall Thoughts
It's too bad I have to watch my copy on my computer, but the first two scenes are fantastic, and the last three scenes do have some good moments. I'll put this with my “I really would like to watch this again someday” grouping of porn movies, and I highly recommend it to fans of Jenna Haze, Lexi Love, and Gia Paloma. I'd say it was one of Jenna Haze's better movies from 2006 apart from Jenna Haze Dark Side.
