Initial Thoughts: I have to say, that this movie really impressed me, I came into watching this one really not expecting too much as far as the feature or the quality of the disc was concerned, I just liked most of the cast, and figured what the hell I'll try it out. It turned out to be a damned fine feature, and although there are some holes in the plot and things along those lines, it took me by suprise. The story is based 30 years in the future, although very little effort is made to make it appear so we follow the story based on some new VR technology and some subplots that feature a lot of Dale Dabone, who really does a more than decent job carrying his acting duties. In fact much of the acting is pretty decent for an adult feature, and it atleast gives the story some merit. The sex backs up the story nicely, well alright, the story backs up the sex well. The sex action is nicely shot, there is a good effort to give some mood to the scenes with lighting and camera shots, and as a rare thing these days, it's pulled off pretty well. There is also a meriad of extras to take a look at that really give this whole effort a nice feel and look. Strong showing.

Technical Considerations: Presented in widescreen, looks like 1:85 to me, not sure if it's anamorphic or not, couldn't find it mentioned. This one looks to have been shot on film, and it looks quite good with a nice grain effect that actually seems to help set the mood in some of the scenes. I like most of the lighting choices and camera shots, which if you have read any of my reviews you would know is a big leap. The sound on the directors commentary and at times in the feature is a little poorly balanced, but overall pretty solid technicals. Menu's are simple but look nice and are well layed out.

Scene 1: Taylor Rain and Billy Glide

Final Thoughts and Recommendations:

I really have only mostly praises for this one, it is honestly one of the better features I have seen in quite a while. Most of the time, I get aggrevated to see features that throw the character to the wind when the fucking starts, so it was really nice to see the characters stay and even have the drug usage and things of that nature to really put the scene into the movie, instead of just having a sex scene pieced into some script, very nicely done. The sex was very good in my view as a couples/feature film, the raincoaters may be a little more demanding, but it was very hot and passionate. The story was even pretty decent and was atleast worth watching, I think it could have been excellent if they just would have added a little more detail, and there were times when they had dialogue scenes where too much information was assumed, like we had known these people or something, but that is a small quibble. Nice extras, and 110 minutes for a feature is quite good. If you like features or if your looking for a good couples disc, this one is a must buy in my view.
