Initial Expectations: Rodney’s often fun to watch. I’m looking forward to this one a bit more than usual because it has the lovely Lena Ramon!

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is pretty clear, but there are a few times when the balance gets completely out of whack (such as in the first scene when Rodney turns on the air conditioner in his van and it’s all you can hear then). The video is surprisingly good. It’s nicely lit but does have a little grain. There’s also a bit of camera shake and the other problems one had with early gonzo porn since Rodney shoots everything in the movie himself.

Menus: The menus are okay. The main menu has a bit of animation and a few clips from the movie combined with the box cover to give a good first impression. The chapter menu is fairly standard and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a title for the scene.

Different Strokes 5 focuses on public sex. This is a nice way to start out the movie.

Scene 2 - Lena Ramon and Rodney Moore

She takes off the path, hikes up her skirt, and pees, but thanks to the wonders of censorship the action is mostly blurred out. Finally, stopping the action to drive Cotton back and then popping on her face before the scene ends ruined the flow of the scene for me. This scene seemed average at best to me, and was easily the weakest scene in the movie.

Scene 4 - McKayla and Rodney Moore

He does a nice job mixing in a public sex aspect to the movie, and the girls look like somebody you have a chance of meeting rather than the gorgeous goddesses that are in some movies. The scenes also work due to some nice chemistry and energy as well as fun setups. The only things I can see that might turn some people off are the POV style Rodney uses, which can be a bit rough, as well as the heavy oral sex focus through the movie. Different Strokes 5 is a fun fuck flick that’s worth checking out if you want something light and fun with natural sex .

Currently, many of Rodney Moore’s OGV DVDs can be found online for $25 and up due to OGV going under. I don’t think this one’s worth that kind of money, but if Rodney were to release it under an existing company at normal DVD rates I’d be considering recommending picking it up at those rates. The sex is fun and has a good public aspect to it and the technical aspects are pretty good for POV porn. Sadly, there isn’t really anything for extras.
