The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects don't quite make the average mark. The audio is fairly clear and well balanced, but also very inconsistent from scene to scene. The video is presented in the full frame format, and looks okay. There's a little grain in some places, and others feel a bit jerky, almost like the scene was sped up slightly without the equipment to make it smooth. It's all well lit, but never particularly well edited together.

Menus: The main menu is pretty generic, and just blends a still with a few clips from the movie for an okay first impression. The chapter menu is pretty good, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene plus the name of the MILF in it.

The Feature

Dick Hungry Milfs keeps things simple. Each scene has a lady who's over forty but still loves sex. Sometimes there's a little tease to lead into the scene, and sometimes they get right at it.

Scene 1 – Portia and a guy

This scene just doesn't cut it.

Scene 3 – Janine and a guy

Scene 5 – April and a guy

This is yet another average at best scene. Scene 6 – Daisy and a guy

I'm thrilled that she took it in the ass, and the ass to mouth at the end with the naughty look in her eye made it all the better. This is a nicely done scene, and a very nice end for the movie.

Dick Craving Milfs is a pretty forgettable MILF movie. Daisy, April, and Portia all show some very nice potential, but the camera work and editing holds back every scene. There's no real setup for any of the scenes, which makes them feel all the more generic, and although there's a bit of chemistry in some of the scenes there's never enough spark to really draw the viewer into the scenes. By the middle of the second scene I was reminded of the two edged sword of gonzo porn and the rise of the digital age where the good news was that anybody could become a pornographer due to the low cost of the equipment and the bad news was that anybody could become a pornographer due to the low cost of the equipment. The bad news of that double edged sword is all too visible throughout the entire movie here, and although Daisy and Portia each put out scenes that are above average, they're the only ones to get that far. Dick Craving Milfs just doesn't cut it.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Score's DVDs can be found online for between about $17 and $25 with quite a few stores offering them for under $20. Aim low or rent this one first. A few of the ladies have some potential, but the camera work and editing hold back the entire movie. The technical aspects don't quite make it to the average level and there's no real effort put into the extras. This is a very disappointing release.

Note to Score: Your overall DVD could have used a little work here. A behind the scenes featurette or bonus scene would have really helped out the overall DVD, and with a movie that barely lasts an hour and a half there's no reason something like that couldn't have been included other than a lack of care. Giving the guys credit as well as the girls would also be very nice, and giving a submenu to let people choose trailers for movies they're interested in as well as dropping the phone sex crap would also be very welcome.
