Initial Expectations: Deeper might be my favorite Robby D. series out there. I can't help but have high expectations here.

Initial Reaction: It's another great addition to an already great series.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are well done, just as one would expect from Digital Playground. The audio is clear and well balanced through most of the movie, but there are a couple areas where the dialogue is hard to understand. The video is nicely presented in anamorphic widescreen. I has a slightly washed look, but is well lit with smooth camera work. This is a nicely impressive looking and sounding release.

Music: The music is nicely done. It varies a little in style throughout the movie, and it varies a little in balance as well while always coming off nicely.

Menus: The main menu works through a little animation before settling into a few stills with a little minor animation for a pretty good first impression. The chapter menu is pretty basic letting you choose a scene by a clip and a chapter number, but helps itself out by also giving you each girl's name in her first chapter.

The Feature

With the Deeper series, Robby D. normally chooses a theme and then lets his artistic side out a little bit. Here he keeps things pretty simple artistically, and turns his eye towards a bit of domination.

Scene 1 – Katsumi and Chris Charming

While Chris sits in a chair reading a book, Katsumi, in a hot red PVC halter top, skirt, and sexy strappy heels, moves armloads of apples from the table in his room to a table by the bed. When she drops one and asks for it back, Chris tells her that it's his since she's his property and what's hers is his before taking a bite and offering it to her. He follows her into the bedroom reminding her who's in charge before having her look in the mirror as she takes another bite. He moves down to start licking her pussy and works an apple around it that they each eat off of before Katsumi works him over with her hands and mouth in return. This is a hot opening scene. Katsumi looks great, and yes, that includes her new boobs. She takes it up the ass as good as always and there's nice chemistry with Chris. The apple play at the start gives a bit of a darker feeling that worked surprisingly well and also helped make the scene feel a bit more unique. The scene moves along at a very nice pace and mixes it up very well, and my only real complaint is that during the doggie you couldn't really see which of Katsumi's holes Chris was fucking. This is a hot scene and a very nice start to the movie.

Scene 2 – Maya Gates and Scott Nails

As a well dressed Scott washes up in the bathroom he has flashes of a dominatrix. He puts on a black ski mask and heads to the closet where smoking hot brunette Maya is tied to a clothes rod and grabs a crop off the top shelf that he runs around her while asking if she missed him and if she's been good. He gives her a few light slaps with the crop as he strips her down and explores her, and pulls up his mask a bit so his tongue can easily work her pussy over. I was more than happy to see Maya in this installment of Deeper, and she definitely didn't disappoint.

Scene 3 – Alexis Love and Tony DeSergio

Tony answers the door when Alexis arrives and gestures to the couch which she heads for right away. Scene 4 – Audrey Bitoni, Carmel Moore, and Ben English

This is a great scene. Yes, I'll readily admit to loving the naughty maid outfits, but both Audrey and Carmel have done great work in the past and they make just as good of a team. There's a nice sense of fun through the scene along with a little intensity, and I love the interaction between the girls. This is yet another very nice scene.

Scene 5 – Katsumi and Steve Holmes

Steve starts out the last scene arriving home and calling for his piggy as Katsumi comes out on all fours with a little corkscrew buttplug in her ass. He praises her a bit and when she nuzzles his crotch for something to eat he pulls out his cock for her. They move to the bed where they exchange oral favors and play with each other before Steve starts spooning her ass. Katsumi hungrily sucks him clean before letting him take her ass in doggie and both cowgirls. Katsumi's ass doesn't get completely neglected, as they mix in a little spooning for it with the pigtail plug in that she pulls out to suck as they fuck. They revisit a few of the positions while mixing in plenty of oral and a little missionary work before Steve pulls out and pops on her thigh.

Not surprisingly, this is another great scene. Steve and Katsumi keep it moving nicely, and Steve seems the perfect guy to add a little kink to the scene with the pigtail plug. Once again Katsumi puts out the anal extremely well, but between her and Steve this scene felt like it was being held back a little. There's a good sense of some ass to mouth and ass eating for Steve that you never really see here, but it's hinted at so strongly that it's exclusion leaves the scene feeling a little off balance at times. Although the balance might be off slightly, this is still a hot scene and a great scene to end the movie with.

Deeper 7 continues to be one of Digital Playground and Robby D.'s best series out there. As with the last installment to the series, the artistic style isn't nearly as heavy and once again prefers a loose focus on a subject. The domination subject is handled very well throughout the movie, and never gets so heavy or dark that couples shouldn't be able to enjoy it. There's also plenty of anal throughout the movie, which should please Katsumi fans who were afraid Digital Playground was going to tone her down too much. I'd have a very hard time picking a favorite or least favorite scene here as once again Robby D. has turned out a remarkably consistent movie sexually. There's plenty of chemistry throughout the movie as well as some good energy, and there's some nice variety to the sex. If there's any complaint to the sex it's in the final scene between Katsumi and Steve Holmes, as some of it seems toned down a little much rather than having the flow the other scenes do so well. Deeper 7 is a very hot movie and continues to make the Deeper series one of my favorite series out there.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery can be viewed either manually or as part of a slide show lasting nearly four minutes with about six seconds per very nice looking full screen photo or snapshot. The behind the scenes featurette lasts nearly eleven minutes and once again features the lovely Shay Jordan behind the camera. Katsumi starts out having a few words with Robby and joking about Chris Charming and his cock. There's also a little fun with Alexis Love, Robby, and Brah Bones before it moves on with Tony and Shay. Shay chats with Katsumi, Maya, and Carmel as well as having a little fun herself, and even catches a little behind the scenes fun with Katsumi and Chris. This is a very enjoyable behind the scenes featurette and is well worth checking out. Shay has been doing a great job behind the camera for behind the scenes featurette, and continues to do so here.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Digital Playground’s bigger releases can be found online for between about $18 and $28 with a few stores offering them for under $20. This one's well worth the money. The sex is hot, nicely captured, and shows some nice creativity without getting too wild. The technical aspects are pretty good and there's some nice effort put into the extras with the always welcome help of Shay Jordan. This is a well done DVD.

Note to Digital Playground: Very nice job! I hope you keep letting Shay Jordan run around with a camera to capture some of the behind the scenes on your sets.
