Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are okay. The audio is pretty clear and well balanced, but there are a few minor background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and is above average. There's nice care put into the lighting and a very solid hand on the camera, but the picture shows a little noticeable pixelation that cheapened the movie a little for me.

Here she does a good job through her scenes, but the entire movie seems to kind of miss the mark. To me, the purpose of a star showcase has always been to show what the star can do. Here you never get that. You get four boy – girl sex scenes, most of which seem by the book right down to the order of the positions, along with a couple solo scenes. There's no lesbian action or interracial, both of which Dava has done before, group sex, blowjob only, anal, or anything else to add variety to the movie. The only real difference is the setup for the scenes, and otherwise the movie is so repetitive that I actually found myself noticing that Dava appears to wear the same exact pair of shoes through the entire movie!I went into Dava Foxx with high hopes due to Ivan's skill behind the camera and the little I've seen from Dava Foxx. It's not a bad movie, but it's so generic and repetitive that it's almost completely forgettable and is a low level rental at best because of it.

Note to Desire Films:
It's great to have star showcases, but in the future please use them to showcase what they can do rather than just having one or two types of scenes in them. An interview with the star in the extras would also be a very nice addition.
