Hello fans wanted to say a few words on this Ava Rose title which has been out for awhile, I don't get a lot of features to check out but this one certainly qualifies. It's got an interesting look going for an LA Confidential type of vibe plus the clothes fit this period too with Zoot Suits, smoke filled rooms, garters and ladies all look elegant-- but then when they fuck it's all modern baby!! The gist of the story seems to be Ava's mob boss husband Ron Jermemy isn't treating her good and she wants out so she turns to Tommy Gunn's Private Dick to save her.

Tommy is skeptical and there are some good voice over plot developments from him as the movie progresses, she's going to be trouble he suspects but there is just something about her that reels him in-- could be that sizzling hot body!! Before he hooks up with Ava, though, Tommy needs a little distraction and Marie Luv fills that void and then some. A long session of fucking'n'sucking yields a facial pop, no anal but solid action. Back at his place now Tommy can't help but go back to this present situation with Ava and this gets us to her first bit of action, it's a dream fuck scenario but the lighting is much better here and you see everything including that sexy ass riding in cowgirl. Ava takes a facial to close it out.

Maya Hills, Tommy's ever dependable secretary fills him in on the skinny on Ron-- hehe, seems he owns the club where Ava said she works so he gets on the exclusive list to catch her show that night. I'm not sure if it was Ava singing but if it was here she delivers a good number which sounds more contemporary than 40's style and afterwards she tells Tommy to get out of there before they're both killed-- she can't be seen talking to a Dick!! Still at the dimly lit nightclub there is a group scene with Ava masturbating while Faith Leon and Victoria Sin take on Ben English and Tee Reel lays pipe to Paulina James-- good shots as they all fuck one another, Ava eventually gets involved in the sex with Victoria doing anal plus a dp-- she takes Tee's load to her face while Ben blasts off on AVa's tits.

Back to Maya who sees a couple thugs waiting to jump Tommy-- Ron sent them as his security alerted him to his presence at the club so she like a good secretary makes sure her boss isn't harmed so what to do, she seduces the two and they fuck downstairs in large boiler room it looked like. The lighting was pretty good here and you see Maya fucked pretty good, no anal but some fine looking reverse and cowgirl are shot before the guys unload their 'guns' to Maya's face. This distraction fuck allows Tommy to walk by their car and make it up to his place where again the dark mood lighting takes over, along with the smokey cigar and the glass of scotch! We're taken to what appears to be another dream sequence where Ron Jeremy escorts two pretty ladies dressed in bridal trains and white lace lingerie, I'm assuming the blond is Ashlyn Page and the other girl's Karlie Montana-- they get handed over to Ava for a sexy looking 3 girl party! The lighting here is quite good, and you have clear shots of the two licking over Ava's nipples. The scene then moves to the more typical g/g action you see in porn films a mixture of licking pussy along with toy play and dirty talk mixed in. The girls seemed to enjoy themselves, I like more sensual passionate action but there were spots of that here. Back to Tommy who muses over Ava, she's now haunting his dreams, he decides to go get Ron before he can do anything else to harm Ava-- so he heads over to Ron's office and tries to get the drop on him but like a good villian Ron's one step ahead-- or is he! As he does the thing which to many villians do, explain way to much about what they know rather than just putting a bullet in Tommy's head like he should this allows Ava to come out of nowhere, open the door distracting Ron which then allows Tommy the split second he needs to get the second gun he has and put one right in the chest-- again just like in the good old serial movies from way back when. So how does she repay Tommy-- by killing him!! Yep the City of 'Angels' claims one final victim!

Extras & Final Thoughts:

Well so far as features go this one seemed alright, I would have appreciated maybe a bit more explanation on some plot points but then again this is porn and not Hollywood mainstream. The main thing still for this type of genre is the sex and how that went- the best scenes were at the beginning with Marie first and then Ava fucking Tommy with Maya's double romp another highlight-- she loves Tommy and I think the perfect ending would have seen those two hooking up but he never learns of her feelings because Ava snuffs him out. Now there is a whole separate disc for extras so let's pop that baby in and check out what's there. It's another nice layout just like the main disc with several areas to check out, first and foremost the Behind the Scenes which goes on for 30 minutes-- if you're curious check it out. You also have bloopers and on a feature set I can imagine there are a few flub ups on the lines and such. With all the cool outfits worn they do a glamour photo shoot with Ava who is striking in the period costumes plus you see the other girls in the various articles of clothing they wore from Marie to the two g/g ladies Karlie and Ashlyn. You finally get three bonus scenes from Lady Scarface, Fetish Dolls, Pulp Friction and Eden so yeah more bang for your buck!! An easy rental for Ava fans since she's in two scenes plus she has some dialogue. I'll be curious to see what she does as Carolina Jones which should be coming out soon but in the meantime this should do her fans nicely.
