The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are excellent. The audio is very clear and well balanced, and I don’t think I noticed a single problem with it. The video is also very well done. It’s very well lit, free of grain, and doesn’t have any camera motion to mess with things. The only problem I could see with the video was a couple places which got slightly blurry, and those were very quick.

Music: None

Menus: The main menu nicely works together a bit of animation with the choices. The chapter menu is very nicely done, and lets you choose a scene based on pictures of the girls and their name. After you choose a girl, you get to choose where in the scene you’d like to go based on small clips of the scene and the sex act.

The Feature

Daddy’s Home goes with a simple idea, the idea of role playing. In each scene, the cast gives their name and age and lets the viewer know that they’re not related in any way but love to role play. They even suggest that people try it at home even though they might not be trained professionals. The scene then starts with a quick story that leads into the sex.

Scene 1 - Tiffany Taylor and Justin Magnum

His camera work was almost exactly what I like to see and the cast shows some very nice chemistry. I also like how they turned the disclaimer at the start of each scene into a supportive chat about role playing in sex. It’s something that worried me at first but quickly turned into a positive for me. On the other hand, there were a few things that held the movie back for me. Perhaps the biggest turn-off I can see for people who want this type of role playing is that there isn’t a lot of “Daddy” talk. On average, I don’t think that “Daddy” is said three times in each scene, and it’s normally done like they’re calling the camera “Daddy”. The other things that held the movie back for me were more personal dislikes. A girl seeing how many fingers she can shove how far down her throat repeatedly doesn’t do anything for me, and her pulling out her cheek while getting face fucked only makes me want to shake my head and laugh. I can also see some people not caring for how every girl in the movie spits on the camera a few times during their scene. It’s something that I didn’t care for at first, then got to like, and then ended up not caring for much as the movie neared the end just because it started to feel forced. The most important thing about those negatives, however, is that none of these things ruined any of the scenes for me. If he can keep it up, Daddy’s Home should create a nice home for Martin Del Toro at Smash Pictures.

The Extra Stuff

To start with, you have the option to watch the movie with or without the story sequences. The photo gallery lasts a little over two and a half minutes with roughly seven seconds per great looking snapshot. Trailers are included for Cum Catchers 2, Easy Prey, Pop My Ass, Six In Me, Teen Idol 2, and Whale Tail. There’s also weblinks and a behind the scenes featurette.

The sex is on the intense side of things, but is very well captured. The technical aspects are extremely well done and there’s some good care put into the extras. This is a very nicely done DVD that’s worth checking out.
