The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is pretty clear and well balanced, but there are a few places where it falls out of balance and gets a little scratchy. The video is okay. It’s nicely lit and has a slightly soft look. It would be pretty good, but there’s a wide pale blue bar that runs down the entire left side of the screen that really brought down the video for me.

Music: There’s a little music at the start, but that’s it.

Menus: The menus are okay. The main menu combines the boxcover with a bit of the movie. The chapter menu is very generic, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a scene number.

Unfortunately, there are many times when it just doesn’t live up to its potential for a few different reasons. The most common reason is that she doesn’t get every girl to squirt. When Delilah Strong doesn’t squirt in the first scene, Cytherea says that maybe she will later. This really gave Delilah’s second scene a lot of hope and potential. Unfortunately, she doesn’t squirt there either. In fact, Cytherea bats just over thirty percent in her scenes for getting girls to squirt. In seven scenes with six girls, she only gets two to squirt for her, which was a big part of why Squirtwoman didn’t quite get to its full potential for me. The other reason is that it doesn’t seem like it knows completely what it wants to be. The first four scenes go with Cytherea working the girl over and then maybe having a guy come in for a hummer at the end. The fifth scene goes with a standard scene, and the last two go with an almost POV style. Maybe it would have worked better if the scenes were mixed up a little more rather than grouping like scenes together, but as is it seemed like Patrick Collins didn’t really know which way he wanted to go with the movie. That all isn’t to say that the sex isn’t good. Randy, Delilah, and Cytherea put out a fantastic group scene, and Cytherea’s opening scene with Tiana is also extremely enjoyable. There really isn’t a bad scene in the movie, it’s just that they rarely seem to live up to what they seemed like they were trying to be, with much of the problem being that they didn’t quite know what they wanted to be. Squirtwoman is bound to be loved by squirting fans, but it has plenty of minor faults to hold it back as well.

Part of me likes that it focused almost completely on one scene, while a lot more of me wished it would have captured more of what happened around the set.

Unfortunately, the technical aspects are a bit weak and hold back the overall DVD.

Note to Elegant Angel: Full credits would be a very good thing. A cast listing by scene would be an even better thing. Finally, please fix your video. The blue bar on the left side is pretty poor!
