Audio /Video Quality:
The audio is a bit hit or miss. The audio during the sex scenes is clear and nicely balanced, but the audio during the non-sex portions is just okay. It seems clear, but the balance with the music is off making it hard to hear the voiceovers that are setting things up. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks very nice. It's well lit, clear, and smooth.

I'll admit that I didn't go into The Cyclist with the highest of expectations due to a running time that's barely an hour and a quarter combined with my last review of a Marc Dorcel release being the choppy crap fest (and somehow award winning) Anissa, The Tenniswoman (Joueuse de Tennis) that had a similar run time. Thankfully The Cyclist is much better than The Tenniswoman in virtually every way. There's still plenty of hot chicks who are more than into anal sex (unless I missed it by blinking at the wrong moment, I don't think any of the girls ever gets so much as a single pump in their pussy from any cock), and they all take some solid pops. The story is also much better formatted to the running time of the movie. All it's really there for is to set up the sex and play towards an overall theme, and it does it quite well. It's not anything wild or deep, but it works well for the voiceover style that Marc Dorcel's movies use for the international market they're aimed at. Overall, the only real complaint I can have here is that the movie is just plain short. Yes, the sex is good and should please anal fans, but it's still a movie that barely lasts an hour and a quarter and that just isn't much in today's Wonderful World of Porn even if it is nicely shot and edited with decent locations. There's nothing to really get down on The Cyclist about, but there's also nothing about it to really get excited about either, and that leaves it as a decent rental.

I know more story can be a challenge when you're making movies for an international market, but you might want to consider lengthening your sex scenes to make up for it. It's hard to justify the price tag on a movie that only lasts an hour and a quarter when you can get so much more from other companies at the same price without sacrificing quality. Something as simple as a bonus scene from a classic Marc Dorcel might also work nice in the extras to boost the overall value of your product.
