The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are nicely done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I didn't notice any background nosies. The video is very nicely presented in anamorphic widescreen. It has a slightly washed look that makes it a touch artistic, as well as a few shadows which occasionally interfere with the action. This is nothing new for Robby's Handheld Pictures releases, but those who are new to the line might be a bit surprised compared to the normal technical aspects with Digital Playground.

Menus: The main menu nicely works through an opening credit sequence before blending a bit of animation, a few clips from the movie, and a still for a good first impression. The chapter menu is pretty basic, and lets you choose a scene based on a clip of the scene, a chapter number (which doesn't correspond to the chapters in the movie), and the girl's name for her first chapter.

The Feature

Cumcocktion collects five scenes which are unrelated except for their style and each scene having a cream pie finish.

I've been very impressed with most of what I've seen from Robby D.'s Handheld Pictures line, and Cumcocktion is no different. As usual with Robby behind the camera, the action is always nicely captured and he mixes up the angles very well with a slightly guerrilla feel. The setups are simple with very nice chemistry, and there's often some nice tease to start the scenes off. I was more than a little worried about the reality of the cream pies with how some studios who play more to the couples market can be with sex that many consider nastier (even though cream pies are extremely normal for most people), and was greatly relieved to see how well they were handled here. I think Angelina might have turned out my favorite scene in the movie, but the only scene that really didn't work for me was Joanna's because I just do not care at all for her personal style. Cumcocktion is a very enjoyable cream pie release that's well worth checking out for cream pie fans.

The photo gallery can be viewed either manually or as a slide show lasting about three and a half minutes with about four seconds per very nice looking snapshot or full screen photo. The behind the scenes featurette lasts about ten minutes. Currently, many of Digital Playground’s bigger releases can be found online for between about $18 and $28 with a few stores offering them for under $20. If you're a cream pie fan this one should be well worth the money. The sex is hot with nice chemistry and real cream pies all look to be real. The technical aspects have a slightly artistic touch, but show some decent care. There's also a bit of care put into the extras including a straightforward behind the scenes featurette. This is a well done release that's well worth checking out if you're a cream pie fan.
