The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very good. The audio is clear and well balanced, even when the stars are talking with Martin behind the camera. Unfortunately, there are several times when you can hear comments between the cast and the director where you shouldn’t as well. The video is also nicely done. There’s one spot with a little breakdown, but the rest of it is nicely lit and barely shows any grain. There are a few inconsistencies with the lighting, but they’re few and far between. The biggest complaint I can really have have about the video is that a couple drops of spit hang on the camera lens for a while.

Disc Complaints: The movie is split over two titles with the first title taking about 75 minutes and the first three scenes and the second title taking the last two scenes and about fifty minutes. As usual, once you start the second title, you can’t go back to anything earlier unless you go through the main menu. I hope this isn’t going to say a lot about Colossal’s DVD authoring, since 99% of the other studios out there figured out how to move past this several years ago.

Menus: The main menu is basically a glorified chapter menu that lets you choose between the movie or one of the girls by name. It’s okay, but nothing special.

The Feature

Cum Sumption Cocktails works with a simple formula. You start with a girl who isn’t afraid of nasty sex. You then have her demonstrate her oral skills on a toy or fingers before a few guys come in. Scene 1 - Audrey Hollander, Otto Bauer, Benjamin Bratt, and Sascha

Vanessa, a decent looking brunette with braces, starts things out eating a banana while sitting on a bed wearing a slinky blue dress. Scene 3 - Lucy Thai, Tyce Bune, and another guy

Scene 5 - Jazzmin, Van Damage, Magnum, and another guy

It’s too bad, since she really is a hot girl who I’d love to see get good and nasty.

Cum Sumption Cocktails is a very good nasty movie despite the five scenes being close to identical. Yeah, there’s a few minor differences, but for the most part every girl starts things the same way, gets good and nasty, and then finishes things the same way. Normally a movie like that would get old quick for me, but here I eagerly looked forward to the next scene every time. Three of the five scenes have plenty of nasty anal action with girls that look like they love it, and one of the other two is just as good without getting really nasty. The girls also do a great job of swallowing the jizz down from each of the guys with the exception of Lucy Thai, who appears to dribble and spit it all away until nothing’s left and Jazzmin who never gets close to swallowing it and looks like she’s half disgusted at the idea. This left me a bit disappointed, since everything in the scenes plays to a swallowing finish and the title of the movie strongly suggests it as well. The other problem here is the guys, who often feel like they’re newbies. A few of them seem to have trouble staying hard and some of them run off at the mouth way too much. Thankfully the girls were good enough that it didn’t completely throw me out of the movie. It takes a lot of skill to make a one trick pony this enjoyable, but Martin Del Toro has done just that with Cum Sumption Cocktails.

Currently, many of Colossal Entertainment’s DVDs can be found online for between $15 and $25 with a few stores offering them near the lower end. At the low end, this one’s a good deal. The sex is hot and nasty, although the scenes don’t always end with a swallow. The technical aspects are nicely done, but there’s a complete absence of extras.

Note to Colossal Entertainment: A few extras could go a long way. Also, please learn how to put your entire movie on one chapter and if you’re going to name a movie with something that strongly suggests a specific sex act, make sure it’s in every scene. Finally, full credits or a cast listing by scene to give the guys some credit as well would really be appreciated.
