Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are on the lower side of average, which is nothing unusual for a fetish release such as this. The audio is fairly well balanced and pretty clear, and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks good. I love the humor in the setup with Dr. Phil Errup's office, and hubby Rick does a great job as the cuck as well. I will admit to being a little disappointed that two of the cream pies looked very fake, but it was nice to see that at least the final cream pie appeared to be authentic, which is something I haven't seen a lot of from Roman Video. Cuckold Fantasies 16 might have a few little faults here and there, but Katie Kox makes this one a more than worthwhile purchase if you're a fan of cuckold scenes.

Six trailers are included, as well as a bonus scene lasting about four minutes. In the bonus, Dr. Phil Errup talks about cuckolding and how it can help a marriage that's stalled out in the style of black and white instructional films of the past. It's a great featurette that's well worth checking out, and definitely adds to the overall release.
