Blu-Ray Vs. DVD: The Blu-Ray offers much the same with a few minor differences. You get slightly better pictures quality, a few more trailers in the extras, and a cool but simplified chapter menu that doesn't let you know who the girl is in the first chapter of her sex scene.

Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Digital Playground, the technical aspects show some very nice care. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks very good. There's very nice care put into the lighting, and there's even a little tinting in places that works well for the movie.

The Movie: As a psychiatrist, Manuel Ferrara hears plenty of confessions from his clients, and naturally many are the sexual kind. From a cheating wife to the secretary lusting for her boss to clients who just want to get laid, there isn't a lot that Manuel doesn't get to hear.

There's nice chemistry in each scene, and even though Jesse Jane starts it out at her usual high quality level the rest of the cast doesn't have much of a problem keeping fairly close behind her. Outside of Jesse, who as usual shows why she's more than a draw, Sasha Heart does a great job in her scene with Mick and really went above and beyond in her scene. That said, she seemed to shy away a little for the facial while Samantha Ryan ended the movie with a bang and one heck of a facial without so much as a flinch. Couch Confessions isn't anything that's going to redesign adult entertainment, but it is a hot and fun little fuck flick that does just what it sets out to.

The Extras: Trailers are included for eight other Digital Playground releases. The photo gallery can be viewed either one still at a time or as a roughly three and three quarter minute slide show. There's also a behind the scenes featurette, cumshot recaps, and commercials.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts nearly fifteen minutes. Jesse starts things out having a little fun talking dirty for the camera and talking about how busy she's been and all the fun she's been having. Sasha Heart is next, who poses for stills and talks about how excited she is to work for DP and the things she has to do for the movie. Jesse has a little more fun around the set before things work around the magic of Manuel. Finally there's a little more fun around the set. This is a nice behind the scenes featurette. It moves around the cast nicely to get some great personality from a few of them while also working in a little fun and some eye candy. This is a very enjoyable featurette that adds nicely to the overall DVD.
