Note: a change in format -
Due to the fact that this is not a gonzo flick, I have revised my usual review formula to (hopefully) deliver the additional information I feel a plot-driven picture requires. Also, this film is dubbed in French, so my observations as to plot are derived from the pictures, not the dialogue.

Cut to the chase:
This is a movie about the mafia, sex and violence. It is part two of a series, 'Concetta Licata' being the first. I should note that a Salieri sex scene does have a point in the plot, usually an unpleasant one. Salieri's sex scenes also tend to be very short. They're usually about power, or male gratification, or some other unhappy motive. Nevertheless, Salieri is capable of capturing some truly erotic instants in his sex, which is why I keep getting his often disturbing stuff. I don't recommend this to hardcore raincoaters, as the sex is really not that nasty, nor the focus of the movie. Couples might appreciate it, but it's iffy whether they'd find any sexual heat amidst all the rotten motives. Therefor, you might want to be a big fan of one of the performers before venturing into Salieri's world.

The story:
The movie starts with a recap of part one. After an intro whose point I couldn't decipher, we learn that Concetta (Selen) was given a ride by a man she has some kind of relationship with into the country. There, they are stopped by a policeman whose partner is interrogating two men. These two men, apparently mafioso, pull guns and shoot both policemen, then drive up to the jeep Concetta is in and threaten the couple before pulling away. Maybe they told the guy to take the rap or they'd kill Concetta. At any rate, we next see him in a prison run by a corrupt warden, played by Ron Jeremy. After meeting with her friend in jail, Concetta gives sexual favors to a guard and the warden, possibly to try and get him released. One of the mafia bad boys shows up at her mother's house and kills her. Next we see the jailed friend, egged on by Giovanni (Yves Le Castel), stab the warden. The opening credits for Concetta contre la Mafia roll.

The film starts in black and white. The jailed friend is brought to the mother's death chamber where he's is received as one of the family. As he leaves, he tells Mario (Don Fernando) to get Concetta out of town. Mario, Concetta and Mario's friend Giovanni (Yves) subsequently take a bus out of town. The bus breaks down at night and people must sleep in the bus or an abandoned house nearby. Giovanni, who possesses a most magic bottle of wine, seduces a woman on the bus as other sleep around them (Concetta wakes long enough to see what's going on), then gets Mario to come to the house with him where he introduces him to Anita (Anita Dark), gives him the bottle and let's nature take it's course. The result is Mario's out of the picture and Giovanni can use his magic elixir to seduce Concetta, who's turned up in the house as well (there's no explanation of how the bottle returned to Giovanni's hands). After the sex, as Concetta sleeps (rests? is drugged?), the mafia bad boy comes in, talks to Giovanni and, after spewing some mocking dialogue (haven't any of these guys watched 'The Good, The Bad and The Ugly'?), shoots Concetta in the face. Apparently Giovanni's the kind of friend one can do without.

That appears to bring us up to the present, as the film now switches to color. The rest of the movie involves the mafia going about getting into the hospital to kill Concetta. In the process, the seedy nature of humanity is examined, with interns fucking patients, men using sex to dominate women, etc. The film ends with Giovanni and the two original mafia bad boys breaking into Concetta's room and killing her and her guard.

2) Anita Dark and Don Fernando
B&W - Don gets Anita into a room away from the others so he can seduce her. The scene only lasts a couple of minutes but is powerful. Anita kept her bra and a leather jacket on, which looked just fabulous and made perfect sense, given the scene's setup. Speaking of which, the character Anita plays allows Mario to use her body for sex, but takes no pleasure from it, so don't look for a happy coupling here.
The sex acts: BJ, anal, reverse cowgirl, doggie and facial.
A brief note on the anal - it lasts only 23 seconds, however it's very nicely shot. He's standing, she's reclining, and the camera is to the left, below her body level looking up and forward at the insertion. This works surprisingly well, letting us see her face and body along with penetration. More cameraman should use this shot.
Rating: C+

3) Yves and Dalila
Giovanni talks to a woman in his car about reconnoitering the hospital for him. In a scene lasting barely over a minute, they have sex, mostly because Giovanni's a pig, apparently.
The sex acts: BJ, hand-job, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl; she jerks him off.
Rating: C-

4) Yves and Dalila
Giovanni and the woman meet after she's visited the hospital. He has her expose herself then fucks her. The scene lasts a little over a minute and a half.
The sex acts: tit-fucking, mish, doggie, BJ and facial.

5) I don't know any of the performers in this one!
A corrupt intern gets money from an old patient so he (the patient) can watch the intern have sex with a very attractive female patient. The intern fondles the sleeping patient who wakes up and has sex with him (I'm not ready to believe this part, Salieri). The old patient runs his hands over the woman's body the whole time she's having sex with the intern, which made it kind of weird.

6) David Perry and yet another European actress I don't know.
David, playing another intern, finds the old man from scene 5 fondling a different patient. He chases the old geezer away only to take over where he left off. I'd like to know where this ward is because all the women seem to be just dying to fuck the first guy who comes in the door!

A final note on the ratings. I gave low ratings to the sex scenes because, despite some very nice camerawork, few people will enjoy them as the usual sexual aids one turns to porn for.
