Initial Expectations: The Johnsons have put out some wonderfully politically incorrect porn. I’m hoping this is another one, and with Lena Ramon in it I can’t help but be hopeful!

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is clear and well balanced, but there is a bit of camera noise. There’s also a fair amount of the second scene that doesn’t have any audio from the performers. The video is also pretty good. There’s just a hint of grain, but it’s nicely lit and doesn’t have any excessive motion. I’m used to specialty movies like this having poor technical aspects, but this one looks and sounds pretty good.

Music: None

Disc Complaints: There’s no time stamp. I often like to jump around a bit after watching a movie the first time, and a time stamp greatly aids this because you can jump directly to any point in the movie. Normally this really ticks me off, but at the same time I realize that this is an older Legend DVD and I know that they’ve improved their authoring on their more recent DVDs.

Menus: The menus are pretty good. The main menu has a bit of animation and a clip from the movie that gives a good first impression. The chapter menu also shots some care. Although it gives you a scene number rather than listing the performers in each scene with a small clip of the scene, it also lets you choose between the oral, sex, and cumshot in each scene.

The Feature

Nobody pays much attention to chunky chicks. They’re picked last for everything except the tug of war and pie eating contests in grade school and it continues right to the bar scene when they grow up. We shouldn’t turn our backs on them, since when they get together and eat pizza, they’re plotting revenge. If we listened in those high school science classes where we hoped we didn’t get paired with the chunky chick, we’d know that once something big gets rolling, it’s not easy to stop it.

Scene 1 - Teryn and Juan Cuba

Scene 3 - Lena Ramon and Teryn

Lena Ramon was the main reason I wanted to see this movie, and she definitely made it worth my while here.

Scene 4 - Gia Paloma and Juan Cuba

Gia starts out the final scene gobbling Juan’s knob on a bed. There’s some nice intensity here, and it works to make this the best scene in the movie.

There are certain things that make you think “What the fuck?!”, such as Rosanne singing the national anthem. Chunky Pizza Party got that reaction from me, but unlike fatty Rosanne, Chunky Pizza Party is hot, fun, and amusing! The plot stays simple to the point of being nonexistent, but at the same time has enough substance to set things up while giving a few chuckles. Although many people might be familiar with Lena (one of my personal favorites) and Gia Paloma, chunky La Nena and Teryn are probably new to most. Both girls are far from your typical porn chick, but all too real at the same time. Combining their reality factor with some energy and a love for sex makes their scenes every bit as good as the normal skeleton porn waif. Yes, there are a few minor problems like only having half the chicks being chunky and the audio disappearing for most of La Nena’s scene, but Chunky Pizza Party gave me such a feeling of people just screwing around and having fun that I didn’t have much of a problem looking past it. Chunky Pizza Party isn’t perfect, but it is nicely amusing and pretty hot.

The Extra Stuff

Bios are included for each of the ladies, and a trailer is included for Chunky on the 4th of July. The photo gallery lasts a little over a minute and a half with about five seconds per okay looking snapshot or full screen photo. Grip and Cram Johnson provide their own notes on the movie as well, and as usual they’re well worth reading for a laugh. There’s also commercials and a behind the scenes featurette.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts about ten minutes. Teryn talks with the Johnsons and Juan before they shoot some of their scene. There’s also a bit of La Nena’s scene with Guy and some of the non-sex with Lena and Teryn. Lena gives a great little interview before things move on with Gia and Juan, talking and fucking. It’s a nice little behind the scenes featurette, and gives you a little of everything.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, most of Skintight’s DVDs can be found online for between about $13 and $20, with several stores offering them for under $15. I wouldn’t have a problem with the low end here. The chicks aren’t huge but do look like they really enjoy sex. Yes, there are a few minor technical problems, but at the same time Legend put some nice effort into their extras. Chunky Pizza Party is an amusing stroke flick on a roller coaster of a DVD.

Note to Legend: Although this one had some technical glitches, thanks for putting a little extra effort into your DVDs. Also, please consider losing the Approximate Running Time: 90 Minutes in the bottom of your back cover. Most people won’t notice, and the ones that do will probably get upset if you don’t give them darn close to it.
