Christmas Spirit is an all-girl feature movie from director Stills by Alan and writer Bree Mills. Christmas Spirit is a reimagining of Charles Dickens' 1843 novella A Christmas Carol. As with any good reimagining, Christmas Spirit keeps the intent behind A Christmas Carol but tells its own story instead of just rehashing the original work with sex scenes propped into the production.

Christmas Spirit tells the story of Reena Sky (Reena Sky), a stingy rich widower who isn't into Christmas; in fact, she hasn't decorated her house at all for the festive holiday. Her step-daughter Shyla (Shyla Jennings) is coming home for Christmas from college where she reveals to her step-mother that she is a lesbian and dating Elle (Elle Alexandra). Reena kicks out Elle telling her to never return. That night, Reena is visited by The Spirit (Charlotte Stokely), who brings Reena on a journey through Christmases past, future, and present.

Christmas Spirit works within a limited concept, keeping the number of characters, and as a result cast members as well, low but manages to do a good job of not making the movie look cheap. While some other non-sexual roles would have been nice to flesh out the story a little, the movie does do a good job within the limited scale the production offers. The cast does a great job, especially Charlotte Stokely in her non-sexual role of all the spirits of Christmas rolled into one spirit. The sex scenes are great, especially Shyla Jennings and Elle Alexandra, who also have a great softcore tease scene in the movie as well.

The plot is well-done for the material being presented. There aren't really any surprises as far as the plot goes, however, given that most, if not all, of the viewers will be familiar with the source story and know the outcome of the tale. As a word of caution though, viewers who don't like step-parent and step-children play will wish to avoid this movie since that is one of the themes within the sex scenes.

The technical side of Christmas Spirit is excellent. Stills by Alan has done a great job of getting The Spirit to come across with a creepy feel during all of her screen time. The special effects in the movie are really well-done and the movie is beautifully shot. The end result is a visually impressive movie that looks great from start to finish.

Christmas themed adult movies are few and far between and good Christmas themed adult movies are even fewer and further between. Christmas Spirit isn't the best of the Christmas themed adult movie genre, the movie is still well worth watching the movie should satisfy fans of the genre.

The edition of Christmas Spirit screened is the streaming and download edition available on Girlsway.com. Girlsway has done an excellent job with their streaming and download edition of Christmas Spirit. Christmas Spirit was shot digitally and is presented in the anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio of 1.78:1 in 1080p. There are no issues whatsoever with the video quality for Christmas Spirit. The colors in the movie look beautiful and there are no defects that could be found. There is a Girlsway bug in the lower right-hand corner of the image.

Christmas Spirit is presented with an English Stereo audio track. There is an issue with the audio; during the beginning, roughly one-third, of the movie has a distortion in the audio when there is the presence of high-pitched sound. This can be distracting when it occurs. The dialog in the movie is clear and easy to understand throughout the movie.

Girlsway has included an extra with their streaming and download edition of Christmas Spirit. There is a 19-minute behind the scenes featurette.

Christmas Spirit is an enjoyable version of A Christmas Carol written by Bree Mills. In this version, miserly step-mother Reena is visited by The Spirit, who takes Reena on a journey through Christmas past, future, and present. Christmas Spirit is an interesting take on the classic Christmas story and also offers the viewer some very enjoyable all-girl sex scenes. Girlsway has done an excellent job with their streaming and download edition of Christmas Spirit on Girlsway.com with beautiful video and good audio quality.
