The film opens on a recap of events that happened to Summer & Violet Starr a while back ( in , Cheer Squad 21). Where it was revealed at a UT campus visit that lesbianism was expected of incoming students. After the title rolls we cut to Prinzzess doing work on a car in her garage when an exasperated looking Scarlett Sage arrives home.

Scarlett tells Prinzzess that her friends Sumner and Violet had a bad visit at UT. She explains that the arrangement sounds like the freshmen girls will have to do whatever the seniors on the cheer squad want. They have to call the seniors mommy and sleep with them if they ask. Prinzzess says she doesn’t believe it and decodes she’s got to have a word with Summer after their game this weekend and find out for herself.

Later we see Prinzzess sitting with Summer and her coach Christy Love. Prinzzess cuts to the chase quickly and says she thinks Summer might have been making stuff up about UT. Summer clarifies that she wasn’t lying. She says that the seniors will pick one of the new freshmen to stay with them their first year. Prinzzess is worried for her sister and asks again if they have to call the older girls a certain thing and Summer says they are to be addressed as mommy.

The girls don’t know what to do. Springfield doesn’t seem like a good option and Christy agrees that a UT degree makes all the difference in job prospects while a Springfield education is very limiting. Prinzzess wonders aloud if they need to rethink their notions of sex and get a little more open minded. She asks if they have ever slept with a woman and everyone says no. Prinzzess says that experimenting here and now might be what they need to figure out if UT is even a possibility. She suggests Christy might help Summer experiment and sends the pair upstairs.

In the bedroom Summer admits to liking her coach’s feet and helps her take her shoes off on the bed. This was a surprising opener for a few reasons. I had never seen Christy Love before - and sadly I only see this one GFF credit to her career. But I was very intrigued by this as a first impression. It’s sadly too rare that we see Asian talents and Christy is specifically listed as part Korean. Having partial Korean ancestry myself this was extra cool for me.

The other big surprise was of course the huge squirt finale. While I’m not fanatical about squirt in scenes I do appreciate it and even more so when it’s unexpected. I was already enjoying Christy’s bodily reactions enough when it was just seeing her toned stomach muscles tense earlier in the action but the wet finish obviously takes it to another level.

This is one of Summer’s last scenes for Girlfriends I think , so I’m very glad she got to have plenty of time in this one to help bring along Christy in her debut. 59 minutes is an awesome runtime if you are a fan of lots of slow build and plenty of kissing.

My favorite parts ( other than the squirt ) were probably the faceride that Summer gave to Christy and the short but intense tribbing sessions. If I could pick a future partner for Christy it would probably be Prinzzess or maybe Aaliyah Love who both appear later in this film.

If I had some notes for improvement they would mostly be about camera close ups on the early cunnilingus. Christy didn’t seem at all shy though which is great for a first time with a new director and studio. Let’s get more of her if possible. This might be a long shot because by now this is a few years old - but I think that the studio knows they have a gem in this scene seeing as they included it on a compilation later on.

I know it’s not typically GFF’s style to shoot with a fetish like squirting as the goal from the outset but it might still be worth exploring sometime soon. The pandemic might have put more regulations on stuff like that, I couldn’t say. However , I think that when everything is safe again it feels like a good excuse to experiment with something splashy and over the top. I could easily see Christy cast as the cheer coach turned swim team coach for Thornhill U.

Overall a nice start to the dvd. It feels like a long time since I’ve written about Girlfriends but here’s to hoping I can get in a good groove throughout the new year.

Scarlett still doesn’t know if the cheer team is in her future but says maybe being with someone who really cares for her is more important anyway.

The two kiss softly to start of the action. This is very sweet and it also features some cute hand holding and a little lip biting. Reagan smells Scarlett’s hair and caresses her legs gently. This was a simple but very effective scene by two consistently good stars. The two have a real natural chemistry and that much is obvious. They have in fact worked together before in a GW scene and in another later , GFF movie ( MDEC 54) that I will definitely review later.

I don’t know the shooting dates of all these scenes or how they came about but even without that familiarity these two are a well suited match. In my opinion Reagan is at her absolute best when she’s working with younger talents that loved to be kissed and touched. That fits Scarlett Sage for sure.

I really appreciate that they kept going back for kisses and that they frequently made ( and maintained ) hard eye contact it really turned up the heat on segments like the trib grind.

The camera angles on the cunnilingus and ass licking were good if not great. But for me what made the difference was the clear passion in the air. There is just something different about pacing when you see that genuine eager play and it came out several times in this scene. It’s difficult to describe because it might seem like the stars are rushing but the sex itself isn’t hurried.

The first time I really took note of it here was when Reagan asked Scarlett to taste her and then later when Reagan excitedly turned Scarlett around and bent her over. That kind of energy really feeds on itself and makes everything else better.

This was a compact 40 minutes with about five spent on story lead in. I am thrilled of course to know that I will be reviewing a rematch in the near future. I hope that the character plot lines are carried over but suspect they won’t be because it’s a different series.

This was very good and is just shy of A+ territory for me. Still , it has good replay value overall and is the type of scene I will absolutely revisit on a rainy day for a cozy time. I actually love to watch rematch or duplicate pairings back to back when I’m in the mood to just enjoy chemistry and not think of everything with my reviewer’s analysis turned on.

Scene Three - Prinzzess & Sabina Rouge

The second half of the film begins with Summer excitedly announcing that she got accepted to UT. Prinzzess is happy to hear the news but that’s not all Summer has to share and Christy is there to share it with her. The two announce that they are now officially dating. Summer won’t be joining the cheer squad but living with Christy off campus and focusing on her studies.

Prinzzess is surprised but next she wants to know what this means for Summer’s friends. Summer says that Violet will still be attending and joining the team but that Sabina decided that she couldn’t do it based on the specifics of the arrangement. She also couldn’t afford Springfield so she’s going to be living at home for now. Prinzzess is distressed by this and Summer says that Sabina didn’t have anyone like Christy who could open her eyes. She then suggests that Prinzzess could be that person if she is willing.

Later on Aaliyah Love comes to see Prinzzess and she says that she just talked to Scarlett who mentioned how Prinzzess was so helpful in getting her to commit to UT. Aaliyah wishes that Prinzzess could work some of the same magic on Aaliyah’s cousin Sabina who now seems set against college entirely. Prinzzess says that she can’t make any promises but agrees to try and assist.

The next day Prinzzess is hanging out with Sabina and Olive making small talk when Aaliyah comes in with a plate of cookies. Olive asks what Sabina is going to do and she says she heard some things about UT that worried her and Springfield seems like a waste of money. Instead of school she’s thinking of staying in town to work at her family’s donut shop.

Sabina has to explain about the girls and she thinks that she just couldn’t do it. Olive says that she once had the opportunity to go to UT and she was too nervous to try it all. She ended up going to Springfield and today says that she regrets her choice. Aaliyah takes the time to chime in about how she heard from Scarlett how she changed her mind after talking with Prinzzess.

The girls want to know what Prinzzess said to change Scarlett’s mind and she admits that Scarlett had to experience lesbian sex first. This interests Sabina who now wants to hear all the juicy details as a smile spreads on her face. Prinzzess says she enlisted the help of her best friend Reagan. I loved the pacing of this scene. It lasted a full hour and something like 42 of those minutes were reserved for the sex. That is a fantastic ratio for me. It’s difficult to pick a favorite part. I loved Prinzzess signature grind from behind , and the up close angle the camera got as she manipulated muff.

Still , I think even though it wasn’t one moment , the thing I’ll file away for my memory of this super pairing is the fantastic kissing seen throughout and that nearly unbroken 4 minute stretch that started it all. That was a thing of beauty and as I said it set the tone for everything else. Really great work that makes me pine desperately for a rematch between these two. Absolutely give them another round or three whenever possible. I’m sure both would be thrilled to go again.

The up close shot is very good and Olive shivers as she’s driven to orgasm again. Aaliyah cleans her fingers and Olive says once more that she wants to try doing that to Aaliyah.

Again the girls swap spots and it’s Aaliyah’s turn to get a lap reach around rubbing. Olive presses clit hard and within minutes Aaliyah is tensing up in climax. The couple keys and Olive says again that this won’t be their last time together. They cuddle into the fade out and the movie ends.

This was a good quality closer with minimal lead in time. The kissing started at about 4 minutes of the 40 minute runtime so we got about 36 minutes of sex . That’s a good ratio in my opinion though I could always do with more.

My favorite parts were probably the mutual facerides and then the closing reach around rubbings to end the action. What helped those were not only the up close camera angles but also the clear bodily responses that signaled climaxes. I’ll never get tired of that.

If anything could be better about this scene I would say just vary the positions more ( not change them more often ) but the I do you , you do me approach done so strictly to pattern inevitably feels more like going through the scene to a checklist and makes the sex feel less organic. I understand the plot was set up like a lesson in lesbian sex and so the structure makes narrative sense - however it ultimately saps some feeling out of it too.

Maybe in the future those more instructive seduction plots should be reserved for the first half of a two part vignette. It seems to me scenes 1 and 3 of DVDs often get more time for story setups at GFF. Naturally if you want to do these first timer plots it helps to have that bit of extra runtime there for story padding. This can also help a lesbian in training scenario feel less rushed. That’s just my read on a common thing in Girlfriends Films and may not always be true if you look at statistical breakdowns.

Overall though I like this closer. I already mentioned how much I would like to see Aaliyah paired up with Christy Love in the future, for Olive I would recommend Georgia Jones for a future partner I think they would have good chemistry together.

Final Thoughts and Suggestions: This was a good movie that just narrowly missed the A+ rating for me. I loved that the arching plot was continued throughout all four scenes and even more that it connects to a previous plot from the series about cheer life at Thornhill U. I absolutely hope that we see a full continuation where it’s all cheer squad girls with their hierarchical harem in place. It seems like the idea is to tease that dynamic but maybe not pay if off. Any team sport is fertile ground for a story like this to go deep. If the concern is about the appearance of consent I think the writing can clear it up by showing all the freshmen squad members to be fully excited to play out the sub / domme fantasy roles.

I will remember this movie most for that epic makeout that kicked off scene three between Prinzzess and Sabina. I may seem redundant in my praise of a simple bit of kissing - but that’s because it was delivered with such attitude that it shows how something as basic and fundamental as kissing can elevate a scene and make it incredible.
