Initial Expectations: I have yet to see John Stagliano make a bad movie, and Evil Angel normally does a great job on their DVDs, which gives me a lot of hope here.

Initial Reaction: It’s typical Buttman, which is great!

Who Should Watch It : Anybody who loves to look at a great ass and loves to be teased

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who doesn’t like asses that much

Audio /Video Quality: Gonzo porn is well known for having lower technical aspects, but Evil Angel puts enough care into their DVDs that they come out looking better than many companies’ feature films (plus they put the film first and extras second rather than trashing the film for a few lame extras that people have probably seen before). The audio has a few common gonzo problems, such as wind noise when outside, not picking up some of the dialogue, and sometimes being a little unbalanced. The video varies some in the feature. Some of it isn they typical clear picture that I’ve come to expect from Evil Angel, while other areas has a bit of grain, looking somewhat like it’s been shot on film. Some of Evil Angel’s other directors have shot their features on video and then treated it to look like it was shot on film, which is what I suspect happened here as some other effects have also been added.

Music: Only one of the three scenes has music, and it really adds to the scene. It’s a little odd and very nicely balances with the rest of the audio.

Menus: As usual, Evil Angel has awesome menus. There isn’t that much animation or other extras to make it look great. Instead they’ve put a lot of effort into making them extremely efficient while still looking great. The chapter menu lists the performers, which is something that always impresses me about a company. Also, Evil Angel has a fetish menu that allows you to jump to a particular sex act in the movie rather than scanning through scenes to try and find it. It’s an excellent menu and one of the best signs of Evil Angel caring about their customers.

The Feature: Many years ago, long before I was ever able to legally watch porn (which of course meant that I didn’t), John Stagliano began what came to be known as the gonzo genre of adult films. It’s often considered a simpler form and some of the lowest budget porn there is outside of videotaping your neighbors without their knowledge. Since then, he’s developed it into an art form, along with Buttman, a man who always has his camera along and is searching for the perfect butt. His search has already gone through hundreds of women, and has now come to a fifth group of amazing assed amazons, all ready to bend over for the camera to show him, and of course you, what they’ve got.

Alba del Monte, a slightly above average Spanish girl, and Tavalia Griffin, a redhead from New Zealand, start things off giving Buttman a little poolside show before taking it inside. Buttman gets them up on a table, where they continue the tease before they’re interrupted by Jazmine and Nacho Vidal at the door. John lets Jazmine stay, who quickly joins the lineup, but doesn’t want Nacho there. After unsuccessfully trying to chase of Nacho a few times, John brings him inside for a test where they see how Nacho will do as a slave. They work him over with their feet, making him worship and suck on them, step on him, and finally give him a group footjob. Finally Jazmine wraps her lips around Nacho’s cock, and Tavalia spanks and fucks Jazmine’s ass with a toy while Alba plays with Jazmine’s pussy as she works on Nacho. Tavalia takes it as long as she can, but soon begs Nacho to fuck her in the ass, leaving Jazmine and Alba together. Tavalia takes Nacho’s cock very well, but Jazmine seems very unsure of fucking Alba in the ass with a dildo. Alba gives her a little help, but it’s something that isn’t seen much since it cuts to Jazmine spreading her holes over Nacho’s cock and getting into it very well. Alba helps a little, running her hands over Jazmine and sucking her tits a little, while Tavalia watches and plays with her own pussy, sometimes with Nacho’s help. Tavalia seems a little dead, and Alba just seems to be there to help. Nacho and Jazmine have enough chemistry and heat between the two of them to make the scene work very well. It’s really too bad the Jazmine has left the business as this seemed to be a pretty average scene for her.

Martina Mercedes, a very sultry blonde with a great ass and real rack, greets Buttman at the door in Buda at a house John wants to shoot at. John had talked to her husband about using the house, but he’s not around now. They have a little language barrier, but seem to manage just fine anyway. Martina give John a little show in an empty pool before showing him the house. Frank Gunn and Zenza Raggi show up to do the scene later, but the girl they’re to shoot with doesn’t show up. Martina seems curious and decides to replace the missing girl. Zenza gives her a little warm up before fucking her while she sucks Frank’s cock. The guys trade off fucking her and having her suck their cocks, and also spank her ass and tits quite a bit. Frank takes a little break to give her holes a good tongue fucking, but nothing other than his tongue ever goes in Martina’s ass. The guys finish it off by giving Martina a nice face full of nut butter. This is another good scene done in great Buttman fashion, but seems to drag a little. It’s almost as long as the first scene, but falls into repetitiveness a little. The group only uses a few of the standard positions, and the guys switch off fairly often which makes it start to get a little long about two thirds of the way through the action. The only thing that really helps it is that Martina seems to really be enjoying herself, and is constantly squeaking away.

Buttman continues his globetrotting in search of the perfect ass, going to Rio next. While setting up his new camera he’s interrupted by Kate Frost, a cute American redhead with beautiful blue eyes, an all around amazing body, and a great ass, who needs to borrow a buttplug to help her warm up for a shoot. He brings her out onto the balcony and gets her to show herself off before going back inside where Kate demonstrates her oral skills on the buttplug. She shows off her great ass a little more, and then warms up her asshole with her finger. She moves onto toys to fuck her ass, starting with a pink dildo and moving up to the clear plug, and has Buttman help her quite a bit. She shows it off on the balcony and then goes back inside to makes sure both her holes are ready. It’s a great solo scene and shows just how hot a girl and her toys can be.

Buttman gets a little trippy next, sharing what appears to be a dream involving Jessica Foster and Juditha Bella, both of whom are fairly attractive and have great bodies. The action takes place in front of a large image of Jessica showing off her body. Jessica and Juditha are joined by Nick Lang, a male stripper. Nick gets oiled down and then worked over by the ladies while appearing to keep a smile which betrays his curiosity of how got so lucky. It doesn’t appear that Buttman will appear at all in the scene, but then Christophe Clark shows up to try and figure out what the heck John is thinking and chews him out a little. It comes as a nice twist, as the scene progresses long enough that you start to thing that the entire scene will continue like this. Christophe and Zenza Raggi then join in the action, and give the girls plenty to do, with Christophe leading things. Both girls take double penetrations with ease, with Jessica starting things off and Juditha continuing things later. Once Juditha gets started, she seems to stay nasty. She takes her double penetration and then gets up to rim the guy who’s fucking Jessica in the ass and later take his mouth out of her ass to suck it. She even eats Jessica’s pussy a little while waiting. Finally, Jessica sucks and jerks Zenza and Nick off onto her great tits. Christophe, however, goes back for another poke in Juditha’s clam before unloading on each of their assholes and then dipping his wick in her ass for another poke afterwards. Although this scene’s feel might not appeal to everybody at first, it really shows off John Stagliano’s skills as an editor. Everything blends together to give a great dreamy feel and then continues into a hot group anal sex scene. The cast has some great chemistry, and all seem to be into it really well for the second half of the scene, which ends up very hot and nasty.

Buttman’s Bend Over Babes 5 continues John Stagliano’s standard of excellence. Although I thought some parts were a little long, the sex is very well balanced and should have a little something for everybody. It also comes off as very fun through most of the feature, with everybody looking like they love what they’re doing. Jazmine and Kate Frost really steal the show with their segments, but I can’t say that I didn’t enjoy the others as well. If you’re a fan of Buttman, or just curious after hearing about him, you should be very happy with Buttman’s Bend Over Babes 5.

Extras: As usual, an autobiographical piece from John Stagliano is included. It’s included on all of his DVDs that I know of, but it’s interesting and well done enough that I still read through it about every other time I watch one of his DVDs. The photo gallery contains about thirty two excellent looking snapshots that include the entire cast. Some are the girls posing and some are of the action, but they all look great. Filmographies are included for all of the women, even Alba Del Monte who’s only been in one other Evil Angel feature. There’s also website information.

The main extra, however, is the extra footage, which lasts about forty six minutes and includes both behind the scenes footage and extra teases and sex. The behind the scenes starts things out and lasts about seventeen minutes and is excellent. John keeps the camera rolling between some of the scenes so you get to see how he deals with the talent. John also has a couple interesting conversations about live sex clubs with both Tavalia and Nacho, including how Nacho got started in the business. The behind the scenes for Martina Mercedes’ scene is fairly short and doesn’t add much, but Kate Frost makes up for it once again. You get to see quite a bit of John dealing with Kate and giving her quite a few directions. Finally, there’s several minutes from the final scene, much of which is dedicated to John trying to get Jessica Foster and Juditha Bella to give him certain looks and acts that Jessica doesn’t seem able to give.

The remaining half hour or so is dedicated to extra sex and extra teases and once again includes something from each scene. The extra sex isn’t in a completely finished state, so you get to hear some of John’s directions to the cast and the audio isn’t always completely balanced. There’s quite a bit more of the foot sequence with Nacho and a little more of the bend over line up from the first scene. The second scene includes a little more of Martina’s tease in the pool and quite a bit more of her taking on Zenza and Frank on the couch. Kate Frost puts on a little more of a show on the balcony and also takes the dildo in her ass a little more, including shots from elsewhere in the room, and also works over another toy anally and fingers herself. It’s good enough that I really wish there was an option to add it back into the original scene. Finally, there’s some nice teases from both Juditha and Jessica as well as a little more of the large group near the end of the scene and the pop shots. There’s some great extra sex throughout here that should make a lot of Buttman fans very happy.

Overall: Currently, Buttman’s Bend-Over Babes 5 can be found online for between $24 and $30 with most stores offering it for about $25. As usual, Evil Angel makes their DVDs worth the price tag. The movie is full of hot sex that’s nicely done. The transfer varies a little, but the problems seem to be intentional for artistic effect. Finally, the extras are well done to make it a very well rounded DVD.

Note to Evil Angel & John Stagliano: It’s great to see you including the extra footage. I do have to admit, however, that I miss John’s commentaries since become one of my favorite things about his DVDs and something I always look forward to. The behind the scenes footage, however, was excellent and something I hope he continues to include on his newer features. The only thing I can see to improve the behind the scenes and the extra footage is to give each scene its own chapter, rather than including all of the behind the scenes in one chapter. That way, people can easily jump to the scene they want to see rather than scanning through the entire thing to get to a specific scene, as they are in the extra footage. It might also be nice to have John give a little intro to each scene as to why the sequences were cut or maybe have it as an audio commentary option.
