Too often when adult companies make DVD releases they prioritize including as much content as possible; ignoring bitrates and the risk of video/audio glitches that could result from bad compression (and won't fix later) I can confidently say that among the adult DVDs I own in my collection DarkX makes some of the very best, if not the best looking DVDs available and that's not an exaggeration. Other studios can boast similar visual quality but some of their DVD releases contain glitches which in my opinion removes them from the conversation if they're not being consistently reliable. Even with DVD's outdated technology, DarkX and Mile High Media seem to genuinely care about creating good products and maximize as much quality as they can within the format's limitations. The result is when played on a good Blu-ray player with a high definition TV, you might be tricked into thinking you are watching Blu-ray disc quality instead of an upscaled standard definition DVD.

Being a collector specifically of interracial Boy/Girl content featuring attractive women with large breasts, Busty Interracial Volume 2 was an obvious candidate to add to my DVD collection. The 4 scenes included on this DVD were originally released as webscenes in 2016 for darkx.com and directed by Mason.

On the front cover is Bridgette B and Prince Yahshua. The DVD artwork on the disc itself is the same image. The DVD case spine has an image of Karlee Grey. This title also has a white DVD case instead of the usual black DVD case most releases have.

This DVD is a pressed disc with a total running time of 2 hours 7 minutes 57 seconds for all 4 scenes.

NTSC 480p (853 x 480 standard definition resolution) at 24 frames per second with a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio.

The audio is Dolby Digital 2.0 48kHz at 192 kbps.

The main DVD menu contains a video preview loop for 30 seconds.

During my research for my DVD collecting I noticed some databases list different scene orderings, likely referenced from specific VOD platforms. Either by order of original webscene release, alphabetical order of the talent's name or order of each scene's production date. In my opinion the DVD ordering is the definitive order so I will always mention the exact scene ordering in all my reviews.

Scene 1. Stella Cox and Lexington Steele

Great first scene to start. Stella and Lex do almost everything you could want for a 1 on 1. Tit sucking, titty fucking, deepthroating, missionary, cowgirl, doggy and anal with ass to mouth. Lex gives Stella a strong facial cumshot to conclude their first time together. More often than not, the women I'm attracted to have had some work done but once in a while a natural beauty gets my attention. Stella was one of the best foreign performers to shoot in the U.S. and I'm grateful she shot a ton of IR scenes with numerous studios before her sudden retirement.

Scene 2. Karlee Grey and Sean Michaels

Karlee Grey like Stella Cox also has a fantastic natural figure. I prefer shaved/bald pussy but Karlee's bush didn't take away from my overall enjoyment of this scene. This scene is also notable for Karlee's squirting for viewers who enjoy that type of content. I was slow to take notice of Karlee but thanks to this scene it's given me an opportunity to research a lot of Karlee's other IR scenes she has done for DarkX and other studios.

Scene 3. Bridgette B and Prince Yahshua

Another great scene with some good music for its intro to set up the mood for arguably the most hardcore scene on this disc. It's never been a problem for me but many longtime porn viewers often point out Prince Yahshua's trademark kneepads and timberland boots in many of his scenes. Not seen here though; wonder if Mason kindly asked him to refrain? Bridgette gets her large breasts massaged before she's pounded in several positions. This isn't their first time together and I'm a strong believer that when performers have been paired together before and both enjoyed the experience, reunions often result in an even better scene. Ends with a good cumshot straight into Bridgette's mouth.

Scene 4. Nina Elle and Sean Michaels

Nina Elle is one of my favorite performers of all-time. As I write this if you asked me to give a statistical breakdown of my IR porn DVD collection, Nina Elle has the second most scenes and appeared in the second most titles of any girl. I didn't always specifically seek her out when deciding on DVDs to buy but I'll never complain if a Nina Elle scene is included. In an industry where a female performer's looks might change for a variety of reasons over time I appreciate that Nina Elle has stayed in good shape and never unnecessarily tried to re-brand her image. Blonde bombshell MILF describes her perfectly. One of my favorite moments in this scene is when Sean sucks on Nina's nipples while fucking her in missionary. I have no idea why this isn't done more in porn; it's super hot!

There are no additional extras but I would argue that's a good thing. Excluding unnecessary extras such as trailers allowed for higher bitrates for the main video content. The running time being around 2 hours allowed plenty of breathing room for the video to look as good as it possibly could and I'm happy to report there were no distracting video artifacts on this disc! I don't know if all studio releases Mile High Media partners with usually look this good on DVD but if they do more studios should consider switching distributors or hire the people involved in the authoring process. The industry would be better if there were more quality DVD releases. Owners can moan about piracy or say streaming is the future, but there will always be a market for collectors; and that's additional revenue for an industry that has seen profits dwindle. Collectors aren't going to waste money on inferior products with no care or effort put into them. A DVD is never going to visually compete with HD or Ultra HD streams/downloads but a good looking DVD is still appealing to fans of popular performers and genres.

Other than a potential pressed Blu-ray disc upgrade in the future (with MPEG-4 AVC and lossless audio as either LPCM, DTS-HD Master Audio or Dolby TrueHD) this DVD gets top marks for its video and sound quality. I was very tempted to give this DVD a 5 star score for its Video/Audio quality but I'm going to reserve that perfect score for webscenes/downloads (if done well), if I choose to review IR scenes separately in the future. As well as for potential Blu-ray disc and 4K Blu-ray disc releases (if done correctly) that might happen in the distant future if more studios decide to give those physical media formats another try (or wait until production costs eventually drop)

Busty Interracial Volume 2 is a release that should please a variety of IR fans. Whether you prefer young girls with large natural breasts (Stella Cox & Karlee Grey) or MILFs with large enhanced breasts (Bridgette B & Nina Elle), tittyfucking, good cumshots and even some anal sex (Stella Cox & Bridgette B) I'm very happy with my first DarkX DVD purchase!
