Bunny Love AKA Filthy Whore Review

Bunny Lu was (past tense, she’s retired now) not a filthy whore. She was an exquisite whore. With a California-tanned and toned body, natural breasts that Britney Spears would envy, and a face that could launch a thousand sperm cells, this girl blazed through the industry at the beginning of the new millennium, turning heads every step of the way. Fans flocked to her at clubs and conventions and male and female co-stars alike relished the opportunity to work with her. Then, just like that, she was gone. Following the typical career path of a porn star (ex. Cherry Mirage, Taylor St. Claire, Chelsea Blue, Melody, etc.), she very suddenly left boy/girl scenes for safer, tamer girl/girl pairings, eventually abandoning boy/girl altogether. Echoing the sentiments of T.S. Elliot, such a porn star does not go out with a bang but with a whimper. It is a method of quietly fading away, yet Bunny is not gone. She popped up in the “behind the scenes” section of Nacho Vidal’s “Back 2 Evil” as a make-up girl and has a re-occurring non-sex role in Digital Playground’s new series “Jack’s Playground.” However, for all intents and purposes she is gone. Her scenes, though, still remain.

“Bunny Luv…AKA Filthy Whore” is a compilation of 5 of Bunny’s scenes, culled together from her various Legend Video appearances. By no means is her best work represented here. For that you would need to track down the handful of Anabolic/Diabolic tapes she appeared in. However, this does serve as a good introduction to the beauty that was Bunny Luv. I use the term “good” loosely though because this is indeed a compilation and falls prey to the traps of that genre. Scenes are chopped free of storyline, making them and the tape as a whole surprisingly short at just barely over an hour long. The scenes are not adequately identified so it is hard to tell which films they came from. Worst of all, it all looks grainy and darkly lit. Based upon the other Legend videos I have seen, I suspect it is an issue of bad transfer as opposed to the original films looking this bad. Sadly, this all deters from what is mostly hot, hot sex. So, if you are looking to get acquainted with Ms. Luv or are a fan trying to save money by not having to buy the several tapes these scenes were taken from then check this out and just try to ignore its technical flaws. Because of those flaws though I can grade this no higher than a 1 1/2 on a 5 pt. scale. In other words, if I were the porno Roger Ebert I would give this one a depressed thumbs down.

Scene 1-Bunny w/Mark Davis. Ms. Luv wears an extremely hot nurse outfit and gets it on with her patient. The end result is a rather large bit of cum on her face. “Trailer Trash Nurses”

Scene 2-Bunny w/Chris Cannon. An okay scene. Cumshot on her ass. “Gallery of Sin.”

Scene 3-Bunny w/Samantha Sterlyng. I didn’t care for this tame girl/girl scene. “Playing Cupid.”

Scene 4-Bunny w/Dayton Rains (a rather frequent co-star of her’s) and Lola. This is an extremely enjoyable lesbian tryst set outside and featuring the girls in cute nurses outfits. “Trailer Trash Nurses.”

Scene 5-Bunny w/Evan Stone. Good closer with cumshot on her voluptuous chest. “Gallery of Sin.”

*The DVD photo gallery and menu screens feature hot pics of Bunny from “Farmer’s Daughter’s Down on the Farm,” a film stupidly highlighted yet not actually featured in the compilation. Legend could have done a much better job all around on this one
