Anabolic is the rollercoaster of gonzo powerhouse studios: Once the industry leader hell, once the industry in toto it has never really delivered consistently strong product since its all-star wrecking crew (Mike John, Erik Everhard, Vince Vouyer, Mark Davis, Jon Dough ...) lit out for greener pastures, making Red Light District a brand name, and now, for some, bringing home the bacon with Jules Jordan. Bring 'em Young was one of Jon Dough's lines, and it has a durable gonzo theme: the initiation of teenage girls into the porn biz. Hardly original now, and often the girls aren't even all that new. What usually sets Anabolic apart is the scorched-earth style of the sex. Male performers are mostly reduced to the bruising aggression of their cocks and a few gutteral commands ("Suck it, bitch!"), while the girls, who inhabit most of the frame, serve as squeaky pin cushions. This "house style" usually leaves me cold, and there really weren't many girls here I was interested in watching.

However, right at the end, Maya Hills appears. Reed-thin and skankalicious in a tiny bikini, Maya saunters onto the set (aka, "the couch"), and does the usual stupid-ass Q&A, holding up her California driver's license so we can see, yes, she really is over 18, and, unlike most of us, takes a really cute picture at the DMV. She looks like your neighbor's daughter. And now, she's about to show us that she's also a cock-craving slut who loves it fat, deep, and hard up her microscopic asshole. Tony T. enters from the left and immediately seizes Maya by the throat. She gasps in pleasure and surprise. And the race is on. There's as much slapping, spitting and trash-talk in this scene as fucking and sucking, and Maya puts on quite a submissive performance, generating a kind of psychological heat that lets the viewer feel what she's feeling as surely as if it was their cock/fingers/mouth/whatever working her over rather than Tony T's. Tony Baloney drives it home, and actually balances his usual untempered roughness with something closer to actual communication with his co-star. It's a fantastic, yet totally simple, scene sparked by Maya's quivering, cock-thirsty need and electric response to just about anything Tony decides to do to her. This Siberian super-slut has racked up a ton of credits since this scene, and I'm sure she now quaolifies as a "seasoned pro." But, here, there's no acting at all (not to say that her other scenes are contrived, but this one is very real). Tony T. will never be mistaken for Manuel Ferrara, but here he gets the same level of results from Maya that American's top make performer would. It's good stuff.
