The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: As usual with compilations, there’s a little variation to the technical aspects. Since all of the scenes here are from fairly recent Smash releases, there isn’t a lot of variation. The audio is normally well balanced, but there are a couple minor background noises. The video is clear and nicely done, but there’s a little minor camera motion and lighting inconsistencies which pop up a couple times.

Music: There’s music in many of the scenes, and it’s always nicely balanced with the rest of the audio.

Menus: The main menu does a decent job of blending a bit of the movie with the boxcover and some animation. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a still of the each girl and her name, and then lets you move to a second menu where you can decide where you want to go in the scene sexually.

The Feature

Bounce collects six scenes from recent Smash releases which feature black women. Each scene identifies the lady as the scene starts, but never where the scenes come from.

Scene 1 - Marie Luv and Rick Masters

Marie starts things out with a scene from Camel Toe Perversions 2 talking about how she loves her camel toe and shows it off for the camera a little while diddling herself. She’s interrupted by Rick, who’s answering the ad he found in the paper about two camel toes that were available. Marie knows she might not be able to give him the exact camel toe he’s looking for, but does have one she offers him. This is a pretty good scene. Marie and Rick seem to have nice chemistry and keep things moving nicely, but for some reason this scene just didn’t work as well for me as the others. I really don’t know why since Marie is definitely an attractive girl and the camera didn’t focus on Rick, who I don’t think of as being close to an attractive guy. Marie looks like she’s enjoying herself and does a great job of handling the facial. This seems like a good scene, but for some reason I just couldn’t get into it too well.

Scene 2 - Lori Alexia and L. T.

Lori, an okay looking darker black chick with a nice rack and a great smile, starts out her scene from Booty Climax 2 playing a little pool in her pink bikini and stockings while L. The biggest problem with the scene, however, was the ending. It feels faked and like L. T. and Lori just couldn’t do it for each other. Although this starts out as a pretty good scene, it ends up hovering around the average mark.

Scene 3 - Sydnee Capri, Beauty, and LT

Under Pimp Arrest arrest appears next, with LT greeting Beauty at the door. Sydnee’s going for the strap-on really had a lot of potential, and although I really liked the overall scene I was disappointed that she didn’t give Beauty any strap-on action. Although it’s not perfect, this is still a nicely done scene with plenty of heat.

Scene 4 - Lolana

Lolana starts her scene from Stocking Secrets 6 out in a light colored sexy outfit with white shoes and stockings with bows and a pale blue and pink outfit. This is a hot scene, and my only complaint with it is that it didn’t last longer.

Scene 6 - Jazmin and Brandon Iron

Things come to a close with a scene from Easy Prey When Jazmin has to hitchhike for a ride home, she’s picked up by good Samaritan Brandon. Bounce is a pretty good compilation release. Many of Smash’s black scenes haven’t worked quite as good for me, but there’s a nice selection of them here. I was more than a little surprised to not see anything from their award winning White Wife Black Cock series, but it’s nice to see them focusing on titles that others might have missed. Jazmin’s scene with Brandon Iron was easily the highlight of the movie for me, but with talent like Jada Fire, Sydnee Capri, and Beauty, one can’t complain too much. My only real complaint is that Smash released this one with it looking just like any other release. This means that people might pick it up thinking they’re getting a new title with one of their favorite stars, and that always irks me. I really think Smash should put something like a small “Best Of” above their logo, or maybe a “Classic Scenes” below it. All it should need is a little something to let somebody know they’re not going to get something brand new. That’s easily the biggest problem I can see with Bounce, and hopefully Smash wises up about it because they do have some darn good scenes out there that are worth picking up even in compilation form.

Currently, many Smash DVDs can be found online for between $14 and $24 with most stores offering them in the $20 range. This is a pretty good compilation. There’s a good variety to the sex, and it features some very nice talent. The technical aspects are nicely done, but as usual with compilations, there isn’t a lot of attention given to the extras. This is a pretty good compilation release.

Note to Smash Pictures: You did a nice job selecting scenes for this one, but please, in the future, let consumers know that this is going to be a compilation going into it. Nobody likes to pop in a movie expecting to see a new scene with their favorite star only to have it be a scene they’ve already watched several times already.
