The Short Story

Initial Expectations: Sturgeon Court and Venus Girls have made some fantastic cocktease movies. I'm really looking forward to this one.

Initial Reaction: It's easily one of the weakest movies I've seen from the Venus Girls as a whole as well as the weakest movie I've seen from the normally reliable Sturgeon Court.

Who Should Watch It : Extreme fans of femdom action

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting technical aspects showing some decent care or consistency, anybody wanting longer sex scenes

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects leave a lot to be desired. The audio isn't bad, and is fairly clear without many background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and is really where the problem is. The video is very inconsistent through the movie, with everything from the lighting to the picture quality changing throughout. Most of the movie is well lit, but there are some areas that completely change with Penny Flame. While some areas are pretty clear, others look murky and cloudy, almost like there was a smear on the lens instead of the camera just being slightly out of focus. This is easily the worst looking release I've seen from the Venus Girls.

Menus: The main menu is very simple, and gives you the choice between watching each of the scenes based on a text listing of the girls or the full movie, and also gives a clip from the movie.

The Feature

Work can be a happy place or a place you dread going to every day. If you have a boss like Penny Flame or Bridgette B., odds are you're not going to be looking forward to your day.

Penny starts out in a little white button down top stroking TJ's cock with a rubber and hose connected to it trying to milk his cock. The scene starts out like it's in the middle of the scene, and when the camera angle changes the scene goes to a feeling that feels like POV except for TJ still being behind her and in plain sight. This scene had potential, but instead felt very thrown together and choppy and fell very short because of it.

Penny starts out the second scene bent over a desk with Mike fucking her from behind as TJ sits at the end of the table wearing a straight jacket and a respirator. Penny talks about how she's fucking the employees while he's going to go to jail for what she's done. The camera work is much more consistent this time which also helps the scene out. This is a good scene that worked well for me.

Penny sits back on an outdoor bench as TJ moves his head close to her leg. She immediately tells him how wrong that thought is and starts chewing him out about what an embarrassment he is to the company. Penny teases him with her pantyhose-clad legs before talking down to him and spitting grape soda at him and the camera. This scene did next to nothing for me. The pantyhose tease was pretty good, but the continual spitting was nothing but a turn-off for me. Penny does get into it well, but this scene just didn't work for me.

Penny lets TJ know he's about to get his last bit of pleasure from her before she sends him to jail as she strips down with him giving himself a hand behind her. She climbs up to ride his face while stroking his cock while barely letting him touch her otherwise. This is a nice scene to close Penny's section of the movie. She does a very nice job talking down to TJ, but the scene never loses its sexuality for the domination. The focus is more on Penny than TJ once again, and with how femmy he can be that's not necessarily a bad thing. This is a pretty hot fem dom scene.

The camera work is simple but effective, and this ends up being a very nice scene to start Bridgette's segment.

Mike starts the next scene sitting in a chair wearing his straitjacket as Bridgette walks around behind him wondering why he looks scared and letting him know how he's been a bad employee again if he's back in her special place. This scene just didn't do much for me. Food play never does much for me, and neither did the scene like this earlier in the movie. Bridgette does a nice job mixing up her tones in how she talks to Mike, and he adds a little more to the scene by talking back to her. This was a decently done scene, but it just wasn't my thing.

Bridgette starts out the final scene pulling out her tits before she starts to stroke Mike's cock. She spits on his cock as she strokes it and mixes in plenty of dirty cock while making him beg to cum. Finally she lets him cum as she directs his cock to his stomach. Bridgette lets Mike know he hasn't cum enough and keeps stroking him while yelling at him for not doing enough before telling him to stay there as she leaves.

This is an okay final scene. Bridgette does a nice job with the handjob and the accompanying vocals, but the scene just seems way too short. It barley lasts five minutes and that seems like a typical handjob instead of one with a bit of orgasm denial mixed in. This would have been a great scene at two or three times the length, but as it is it isn't enough to matter much.

Bossy Boss 3 is a below average fetish release. Penny Flame and Bridgette B. both look great in their scenes and work their vocals well while the guys come off being very submissive as well as a touch femmy. That, however, isn't enough to make this one work. The scenes are often very short, and I'm not sure any of them lasted a full ten minutes. That can be fine now and then with fetish scenes, but when orgasm denial is a frequent theme eight minute length that seemed very common here just doesn't seem to be enough to cut it. I also disliked how the scenes seemed to follow the same pattern for each of the girls rather than mixing it up a bit. If there were only two to four scenes to the release like it used to be with other Venus Girls releases it wouldn't seem so bad, but with four or five scenes for each girl it became a bit noticeable for me. Throw in the very inconsistent video quality and the faults seem all the more noticeable and annoying. Bossy Boss 3 has a great premise that never quite works to its full potential for many reasons.

Currently, many Venus Girls DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $25 with stores offering them everywhere in between. Rent this one first. The action is a bit more limited than some of Venus Girls' earlier cocktease releases and I just can't justify paying that kind of money for this one. The action seems a bit limited, the technical aspects are weak, and there's no effort put into the extras. If you're really into femdom releases this one might have a bit of replay value, but aim low or rent it before you spend the big bucks.

Note to Venus Girls: I hope you go back to showing the care you used to towards your technical aspects in your future releases.
