This is the first title that I've seen from the new company Colossal Entertainment. I really like their box covers, so I've been eagerly anticipating something from the promising new studio. "Born For Porn" is one of their first releases, and features a lineup of dirty performers including Lauren Phoenix and Missy Monroe.

The first thing I notice about the disc is the menu. There's really no options, there's just a picture of Lauren and thumbnails for all the scenes. Whereas in most porn discs there's some kind of navigation involved in the menus, for this one the menus are all combined into one. It's not the most sophisticated way to open a porn DVD, but it's certainly adequate.

Scene 1: Missy Monroe and a guy

Missy is a relatively new starlet who has burst upon the porn scene with a vengeance doing all kinds of nasty things on camera. She's a soft, cute blonde who is known for her "squirting" talents. I hope they will be on display in this scene.

Missy's dressed in a cute pink floral top and panties in a living room. A guy comes up the stairs and they start kissing passionately. Scene 3: Nikki Hunter and a guy

Nikki Hunter is a blonde girl who I've been seeing a lot in recent movies. She looks to me like the stereotypical porn star, with feathered blonde hair, unattractive fake boobs, and a nasty attitude. She looks pretty good in this scene, though, with lots of make-up and a tight black outfit.

She doesn't get interviewed, but rather gets straight to the action of blowing some guy. The action takes place in what looks like a loft above a large living room with wooden ceilings. The sets in this movie were all pretty good and didn't take my attention away from the sexual heat.

Scene 4: Trina Michaels and a tattooed porno stud

I've never had the opportunity to see Trina before on film, but she's been active for at least a year. She has some massive fake breasts and some bad feathered 1970's hair. She's not unattractive, it's just that she doesn't do a whole lot for me personally. Unfortunately that seems to be a theme with the cast of "Born For Porn."

Trina gets interviewed on a couch before getting down to business. Her top barely obscures her monster cans. A tattooed guy comes in and feels them up. Soon Trina is blowing him. For some reason she looks a lot better naked to me. She's got a pierced clitoris and tongue (double ouch!) if you are interested.

She looks about as good as I've ever seen her all made up, and sitting on the couch in a pink lace bra and panties. He blows one right on her tongue to end this solid scene. Lauren looked extremely hot here, and her effort was undoubtedly the best of the movie.

Mandy Bright gets interviewed some more and poses for photos. Missy Monroe masturbates briefly. The extras were an enjoyable addition to the main feature.

Well, Colossal Entertainment didn't really do anything to turn me off in the first release from them I've seen, but they didn't do a whole lot to turn me on either. "Born For Porn" is simply an average gonzo fuck flick, nothing special. Lauren and Missy's scenes were particularly memorable, though. It's certainly not going to send me running out to buy other movies from Colossal, although I probably will watch more of them.

Unfortunately, I found the cast to be not up to usual gonzo standards; maybe with a better group of women the action could have risen above the ordinary. It's all pretty solid and strokable fare, but there's nothing here to set apart the film from others in its genre. The production values are fairly high, the a/v quality of the disc is solid, and the sex is pretty hot, though, so there's a lot here to enjoy for the raincoater or casual porn fan.
