Initial Expectations: New Machine has been doing an okay job with their early 1990s features. I’m expecting another okay DVD here.

Initial Reaction: It’s pretty typical early 1990s porn, but still fun.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting some fun and light porn

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting nastier sex or a great transfer

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and normally well balanced. The video shows a fair amount of grain that continues evenly to the edge of the screen, and feels like it might have been taken directly from VHS. The lighting is well done, and shows few unnecessary shadows, although there are a few remnants that flash by here and there.

Music: The music blends classical music done on an organ to give it a creepy feel, with cheesy porn music. Both work very well for the movie, but are normally a bit loud.

Menus: The main menu is extremely basic, and doesn’t even have any animation. There isn’t a chapter menu.

The Feature: Although her roommate P. J. Sparxx warned her about going out with Buck Adams since he thinks he’s Count Dracula, Alicyn Sterling still goes out with him. She doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with a few nibbles during sex, but comes home not able to look at herself in the mirror. She doesn’t like it one bit, but does kinda like the ability to hypnotize people into having sex with her.

Hot blooded Alicyn Sterling gets busy with Buck Adams, who thinks he’s Count Dracula, back at his place after he passes on going to the steakhouse down the road or an Italian place. Granted, Buck is probably about as old as Dracula and it would explain a lot about him. He bites her on the boob, since hickeys on the neck are so hard to cover, before she mouths his member. He returns the favor by tonguing her twat and then fucking her as she lays back on the table. He also bones her behind, before pulling out and popping on her pussy as well as while he pulls out. It’s a pretty average scene with some decent chemistry and energy.

Randy West, who many now also consider one of the undead, takes on P. J. Sparxx after falling under Alicyn’s spell. He attacks P. J.’s tits orally and plays with her pussy before going down to aggressively eat it. She returns the favor with some great head before hopping on to ride him reverse cowgirl. She also lets Randy fuck her missionary style before Randy sprays on her bush, despite PJ telling him to decorate her great tits, which at the time hadn’t been massacred yet. It’s a hot scene with great energy and chemistry that’s easily the best in the entire feature.

Newly legal (at the time) Alexandria Quinn takes on bartender boyfriend Mike Horner in the next scene. She immediately shows that she must have been born with her amazing oral talents before Mike returns the favor in kind. He moves on to fuck her from behind and as she sits on a barstool before decorating her pussy with his nut butter. It’s a hot and energetic scene, just like one always expects from Alexandria.

Alicyn Sterling goes after roommate P. J. Sparxx next, starting with some light kissing and caressing. The girls take turns working each other over softly with their tongue and fingers before finishing things up with a sixty-nine and a little light play. It’s a soft scene, and although it has some good chemistry, it still feels slow and fairly boring.

Finally, Randy West takes on Alexandria Quinn and Lorraine Day. They work each other over in a line quickly before Randy starts fucking Lorraine from behind while she eats Alexandria. Alexandria also takes her turn in the middle before the girls team up to suck Randy to a dismal pop which they share between them. It’s a borderline average scene that gets that far simply because of Alexandria Quinn’s great enthusiasm for sex.

Bite! is pretty typical of early nineties porn. The plot is simple, but often fun. There’s plenty of humor to start things off, as well as the bad acting porn is so well known for. The sex is fairly soft and not quite up to what I’d call an average level, but often has good chemistry. Bite! is a decent piece of fluff, but nothing to go out of your way for.

Overall: Currently, Bite! can be found online for between $11 and $25, with stores pretty much offering it at one end or the other. The low end is a pretty fair price. New Machine didn’t do anything special to the movie, such as remaster it or give it any extras, but the movie itself is fun and has good chemistry in the scenes.

Note to New Machine: It’s great to see you bringing out older titles on DVD. Since it doesn’t appear you’re doing anything to them, please try and make it so retailers can sell them for under $10.
