The camerawork is very similar to the Red Light District style with its quick back and forth zooms from face to fuckholes, more so in the first scene. But I see much more potential in this videographer (Dan Silver, the director). He isn't as bound to porn convention- he balances close and long shots better, a la Quasarman, and he finds and settles into better angles. One thing I noticed is he isn't as prone to shooting from low angles. Most cameraman will shoot from the floor up and will pretty much stay there. Silver shoots from down low but will also move up and shoot from a higher angle when the action calls for it. Ultimately, it works a lot better, so hats off to Silver.
The background is really bad. To me, browns are a big no-no because they are too similar to the flesh tones. If the background impinges on the girl and blends into her flesh then we don't register her outline and curves so well. The lines and curves that a girl makes is very important as part of the visual element.
I really liked the makeup on the women. It's not as trashy as most porn. The outfits were ok, more attention could have been given to this. Haley and Trina had good outfits with the other 3 girls lacking. The music that played during the teases really needed help- very cheesy. The "Rustic Ranch Spa" theme worked out really well I thought.
I think the sex was pretty good. Better than a lot of movies but still not great. Some more talking during the sex, honest exchanges, could help solidify the performer-to-performer connections.
