Barely Legal in the City Review

Ok, firstly I should point out that my interest is in girl-girl scenes and I skip past the boy-girl so I apologise for anyone looking for details of non girl-girl action, sorry :-(. This dvd is typical of the Barely Legal and Hot Showers series in that the filming, lighting and sets are all excellent, the girls are all fresh and cute and makeup and outfits are flattering. I liked this a lot.

The first girl-girl scene is Ember and Swan. The two girls are having some good clean fun together in the bathroom. As the scene starts, Ember, a spoilt rich kid narrates over that Swan is her poorer friend and describes how she converted her, initially unwilling, friend from the wrong side of the tracks to the joys of lesbian sex. This premise gives a nice context to the scene but is somewhat at odds with how the action develops. Ember is a very cute blonde girl with a nicely bald pussy. Swan is a gorgeous redhead/strawberry blonde who has a few wisps of pubic hair left. They do some nice action together, including kissing and a 69 but it is clear that Ember is anything but an enthusiastic cunnilinguist. As with her performance in Hot Showers 2 she doesn't seem to be really into pussy-eating which is a shame, especially when the pussy on offer is as juicy looking as her lover's in this scene. Swan more than makes up for this when she goes down on Ember. It is a hot scene all round and a nice sexy bathroom setting.

The second scene is also very hot. The scenario is that, Ember, who has been left "Home Alone" with no cash by her rich but mean dad, pimps out her friends for money. In this scene she phones an artist, Nikita Denise, and tells her she has a lovely girl for her to play with, Ember's pal Jade. I loved the idea of this and when Nikita arrives to inspect her plaything it is very hot. There is a really nice contrast between the slightly older and more dominant Nikita and the younger, more submissive Jade. One thing that also works about this setup is that Nikita is accompanied by a man. The heterosexual woman buying sex with a hot chick is an appealing fantasy. The two girls get into it and a sexy detail is that when they do, Nikita is first to go down on Jade. This puts a nice twist on the dominant-submissive theme. There is some nice action between Jade and Nikita but unfortunately it eventually develops into a boy-girl type scene.

The last scene looks like it is a foursome with four hot chicks. Monica Mayhem, Bunny Luv, Ember and Swan. They are all nude by a pool. In fact it is really a scene with Ember and Bunny while the other two watch in an embrace. All four girl look really hot and Swan is the only one with any pubic hair. Ember and Bunny get into some oral and 69 and their hot bodies intertwined look really sexy. Thankfully there is more of an emphasis on Bunny going down than Ember. It is a shortish scene and unfortunately also eventually turns into a boy-girl scene.

All in all there is still a lot of hot sexy action for fans of girl-girl. Two big plus points for me were no toys and minimal pubic hair. I would say that the first two scenes worked well as "eye candy" to look at as well as fantasy situations to "put yourself in". The last scene worked better as a visual than a fantasy. It was a shame that some hot les action became a normal boy-girl scene in two cases but there was still plenty of good stuff up to those points.
