BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN

I want to introduce you to my new best friend, Michel Lucas. You already know Michel, do you? Well, let me tell you that “Back in the Saddle” was my own introduction to this multi- talented young man. And what an introduction that was! A real prelude to a kiss, if you know what I mean. Not only did the dear Mr. Lucas gather up a bevy of beautiful boys for your erotic entertainment, he directed their action AND he performs in several scenes as well! In the world of Lucas’ “Back in the Saddle,” Michel loves his guy, Roberto Vista, but is feeling restless down on the ranch. Michel arrives in the city, and sets himself up with an old friend (Joey Amor), whose lover is the incomparable Marcelo Reeves (who himself used to be my last best friend when he was a “Matador”). While Michel rests up from his long, tiring journey, Marcelo and Joey make the best of their privacy, with a healthy romantic encounter on the couch.

While Michel wanders the streets of NYC, he sees sex everywhere. On a side trip to buy a vest, the store’s clerk (Logan Reed) insures customer satisfaction with long, lingering wet kisses and an oral attack on Michel’s lengthy uncut tool. Michel responds with a hot rimming session preceded by a few nibbles on Logan’s sweaty armpits and nipples. After a 69-ing for a short spell, Michel rides Logan as if he were the trusty steed he left behind. Making the best of the store’s floor, this is one hot scene; and if all salesmen should be as accommodating as hunky Mr. Reed, I’d go shopping a helluva lot more often!

It appears to have been shot on film, rather than videotape, and is quite pleasant to look at. The cinematography by Alexander Nevsky is lovely to look at, but I wish that they had taken the time to “up” the color factor, since the quality is such that the picture looks slightly washed out, something that could have been done by digitally bouncing the color levels up a notch or two. The Dolby Digital stereo soundtrack is serviceable, with a Phillip Glass influenced score by Goodwrench.

Several other Michel Lucas titles are represented by a twelve-minute long-running compendium of trailers; or as the opening copyright information misspells: “Trailors.” I knew that there just had to be something wrong with my new best friend, and if spelling isn’t his strong suit, I’d be more than happy to tutor him privately. Along with the trailer for “Back in the Saddle,” Lucas’ featured titles include: “Homebodies,” “Love for Sale” and “Shooting Stars,” each of which appears to be filmed in the same format as “Back in the Saddle.” A very nice slide-show based photo gallery is also included, with a variety of stills by Miller.

These are real men, who know how to have sex. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Michel (if only!) As well as all of his friends. I know that you’ll enjoy getting “Back in the Saddle,” now for me, I’m off to see what my new best friend has in store for this evening. Whatever it may be, I’m sure it’ll be fantastic!
