Autumn's Sybian Lessons 14 Review

NOTE: This is an amateur video. Amateur and homemade movies don’t have the budget nor the resources of studio porn, and therefore rarely get close to the same quality technically. I’m rating this DVD on the same scale, but most homemade or amateur features would rarely make it above a 3 on the standard scale I use for studio porn for their technical aspects. The performers also aren’t normally the ‘glamour stars’ one expects from studio porn, and instead use people who look like somebody you might encounter in your day to day life. Finally, the camera work has a different feel, as it’s often shot from a tripod or with somebody who doesn’t have the technical training or experience of professional cameramen. That said, amateur and homemade features have a great charm to them, simple because the people in them are doing what they’re doing to have fun and because they enjoy it. All the things that separate them from studio porn contribute to that charm, I hope people will keep that in mind when checking out this review and not just look at the ratings as the ultimate word on this release. Since the technical aspects are normally lacking and there normally isn’t much for extras in amateur features, I’ve weighted my overall rating more heavily towards the sex than I do in most studio porn.

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is pretty clear and decently balanced, but the Sybian does seem to get a bit on the loud side. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks quite good for homemade porn. The presentation does have a bit of grain, but the lighting is even and the camera work is pretty smooth. That said, it does suffer a little due to not being aimed quite right despite having somebody around to adjust it at times.

Watermark Warning: Although the normally don’t bother me much, there is a small and tasteful watermark warning that stays in the lower right corner. This made it very easy to filter out for me, and quite honestly, I didn’t notice it unless I thought about it.

The Movie:

Cute nineteen year old dirty blonde Amanda starts out chatting with Autumn about herself, modeling, and sex before pulling off her little panties to play with her pussy lightly. Autumn's Sybian Lessons 14 is another nice addition to a great series. As always, Autumn looks great and is more than friendly when it comes to sharing her Sybian and other toys. Amanda is cute as can be, and in fact might be the cutest of Autumn's partners so far. That said, this one didn't work quite as well as some of the other installments in the series I've seen. The action has a nice pace and Autumn's as friendly and into the action as ever, but the chemistry isn't quite as strong as it is in other installments. Amanda seemed to be into the action okay, but at the same time seemed just as content to sit back and watch Autumn please herself on the Sybian. This one also fell a touch short as the camera wasn't aimed quite as well as normal even though there was somebody around to try to move it at times. I went into Autumn's Sybian Lessons 14 with very high hopes due to my past experiences with this series, and came out happy but not as happy as I expected.
